Didn’t return to finish the job, respond to calls or messages in response to finishing the job. Sadly wouldn’t hire Ovi & Mihai (O&C) again. Friendly & responsive initially. Worked well, on time, eager to please, did a good job - not perfect but adequate, average attention to detail but corrected when asked. We initially had a faux chimney put in, they touted for more work & provided alcove shelving/cabinet ideas which we subsequently hired them for. They worked intermittently (dad around for first half of job then left for Romania) as this was agreed as best for both parties. However they left the job incomplete once paid (were paid on time, each time, with no bargaining). Didn’t respond to texts or calls, leaving cabinet doors unfinished, large chips & cracks unfilled. Laminate was also poorly cut around hearth stone, left chimney cutout unfinished with no cement to the base. Lack of respect and wouldn’t hire again as cannot trust they won’t disappear. Note previous reviews.

Edmond did a great job tiling my kitchen. I can’t fault his work at all. He was great at keeping in touch before the job, arrived exactly when he said he would and completed the job in he amount of time he said he would. He made sure to clean up as though he hadn’t been there. I would recommend Edmond and will likely use him again.

I hired Ben to do a really complex job installing natural Italian white marble in my Fulham bathroom. It involved about 100 mitre joints and epoxying and and polishing these joints to make the tiles look like solid pillars. Ben’s price was lower than the other quotes that I got, and when he came, i think it became apparent that maybe he’d underquoted for the job. Ben was adamant that finishing the job as promised was the main priority, and didn’t compromise on his delivery in any way. Ben stuck to the price and didn’t try to renegotiate or deprioritise the job. Can’t believe how good the job looks. Ben was also a nice guy, very tidy, very friendly, very funny. Would definitely recommend BNC tiling for any job, large or small. Top job from a top man

Enrico pulled in a great team to refurbish my bathroom. It wasn't a straighforward suite swap out as I added a window, switched from an electric to plumbed shower, properly plumbed in the sink and changed the orientation of the shower and bath. Enrico took all of the stress out of ordering and receiving all the different elements, he added in some great suggestions of final touches and kept close to all aspects of the project until I was fully satisfied with clear timings and payment plan etc. on top. It's an old house and there were curve balls from time to time but Enrico and the team took them in their stride and made it a great experience. I'm totally thrilled with the end result.
