I've used Facundo's team to install a new shower, including wall and floor tiling, massage jets, and concealed shower equipment. Facundo was the person we dealt with at all times, although someone else was assigned to do the job. The quality of the work and finish is extremely good. I was also impressed with Facundo's professional attitude at all times, being very polite and respectful, as well as proactive in addressing any potential issues affecting our planning and execution. My family and I are so happy with Jose’s work! The tiles look amazing! We looked at several builders but Jose came out on top. He communicated well throughout the process. He was very clear about how much the job would cost and how long it would take. He came on time and he worked very well, very hard and was very clean and tidy. Jose is a lovely, friendly person, too, and very easy to be around as he worked in the house. He even did an extra job for us, too (also at a good price), which made the bathroom look even better and he went out of his way to make sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. His pricing is extremely fair. I can’t say enough good things about Jose, and I highly recommend him to other customers, who are looking for good workmanship at a good price. I have already spoken to Jose about doing another job. He will always be the first person I speak to if I want any other jobs done. Thank you, Jose!

Excellent work by Gheorghe! This involved some complicated work to joinery substrate, and some plumbing alterations as well as tiling: he is a great all-rounder. He came up with better solutions, worked hard to complete the work without a break, and the result is excellent. He also thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. We have already agreed to have him back for other work in the near future and have recommended him to friends.

We now have our ideal bathroom! Cannot recommend Andrew highly enough. He is incredibly well skilled when it comes to bathrooms and he always goes the extra mile. At the beginning we did not know what we wanted but listened to his advice such as on tiles, wall colour, and shower fittings and we are very glad we did. During the project he will delegate tasks such as tiling, carpentry, electrics, windows. Whatever you are after, to a highly skilled craftsman he knows well. While he does what he's best at, such as the plumbing, sealant and grouting. If any problems come along he will push through, sometimes working incredibly long days to get the job done and well. Andrew also did other jobs around the house, such as filling up cracks in our windor frame without extra charge. If there are additional jobs you request which require significant work or materials, he will give you a fair price. Best thing of all is Andrews attitude, always positive and makes sure its completed well.

I wish I took the negative comments more seriously before hiring Edi for my bathroom but he downplayed them very well, promised a great quality of job plus the pictures on his profile showed jobs properly done so I trusted him. What a mistake! I had exactly the same problems as described in the previous negative feedback. Basic errors with laying the tiles – not only uneven lines but also wrongly cut tiles that left plenty of gaps (he even covered one of the gaps between the wall and floor with a sealant!, others with too thick layers of adhesive or grout, which just look awful). He wasted many tiles unnecessarily too and wasn’t even able to apply the grout correctly; missing many tiles, creating lumps and failing to clean the grout from the tiles after application causing their discolouration! Not to mention plumbing problems – leak that gets fixed only for a couple of hours and then returns. The quality of job is of an amateur, not a professional. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be an option to attach images to the feedback - I have plenty of them so please contact me before thinking about working with this person. He promised to correct the errors but I'm still waiting for this to be done nearly three weeks after the job was apparently finished. He is also avoiding contact. I hope MyBuilder will take relevant steps. My advice is – spare yourself the unnecessary stress and wasted money and HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!
