Paul did a fantastic, professional, and timely job in our kitchen. Although this was posted as a flooring job, we went with Paul and his team to undertake plumbing work, wiring, plastering, levelling the floor, and fitting our kitchen floor tiles. We needed to bring forward a part of our wall as part of our kitchen design, and wanted to install an arched recess into the space. Paul took the time to look into our options for building this arch and completing it with lighting and shelving. We received clear correspondence from Mike from Plumb-Inn Services regarding all work we wanted carried out, and all work was completed to a high standard. Looking forward to having Paul back to install our new radiator once we’ve painted the kitchen!

I recruited Nenad and his boys to re-tile my bathroom and they ended up doing everything I needed doing in my flat which included painting all the walls and ceilings, installing a new toilet and radiator, and re-sanding and re-polishing the floors. I had a really positive experience working with them. Nenad was very easy to communicate with – responding straight away to messages and calls, and keeping to the dates and meetings we had set up. He and his team were able to start very quickly after another decorator let me down at the last minute, and worked extremely hard to get the work done on time. We hit several unexpected problems during the work – leaks and damp issues which needed to be solved – and Nenad alerted me straight away, suggested a plan of action, and got on with it as soon as I gave the green light. His quote was almost double some of the others I was initially given for painting the flat, but he assured me that I would save money in the end, that other issues would almost certainly crop up which would take extra time and require the other builders to keep adjusting their quotes as they went – and I think this turned out to be the case. The work took longer than planned and yet he was able to cope with that, despite having other jobs lined up. In the end I paid only a little over the price we'd initially agreed, and this was because I added new jobs to the list. Nenad went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the end result. I fully recommend these guys.

Bathroom Fitting- 14 Jul 2025
Walid and his team did a fantastic job! They carried out a complete refurbishment of my bathroom and powder room. They were extremely professional, polite, tidy, and incredibly reliable in delivering high-quality work. They started early and finished late to ensure everything was completed on time. They also took great care of my property by carefully protecting all the furniture and floors. I’m an architect working on high-end residential projects and five-star hotels, and I can confidently say that Walid and his team delivered five-star quality—especially when it came to tiling and the finishing touches. Their work was flawless. I have a keen eye for detail and can spot a misaligned line from a mile away, but I couldn’t find a single flaw—I was genuinely impressed. I fully intend to hire Walid for future projects and will gladly recommend him to all my friends and family. Walid, thank you so much for the beautiful job you did. What I appreciated most was how proud and passionate

Tiled kitchen floor unfortunately didn’t go to plan. However, I would give this company credit for trying they returned twice more to replace cracking grout. Floor should have been fully boarded prior to tiling and was only partially boarded. At more expense to us we have had to physically remove all tiles and had the floor fully boarded and re floored without any further issues. Despite issues raised Company given 3 stars because during the problems they were very supportive and they tried to rectify the issues.

Adrian did a good job of tiling my small bathroom. It was a difficult job as the walls and floor weren't level and he had to do extra preparatory work to make sure the tiling was perfect. I originally intended for him to just do the tiling but in the end he fitted the tub, sink and toilet too. We agreed the additional cost of this at the beginning so there were no surprise costs, but it cost more than I had planned. I am very happy with the final job. He and his colleague were very professional and I would definately recommend their work.
