Slavik was 20 minutes late turning up to quote for the kitchen floor tiling (he had done a 'no show' in regards to the kitchen in my own home, however I gave him the benefit of the doubt on this tiling job). I had arranged to see Slavik on Monday 5th September @ 5.30pm regards a separate job in my Dad's house and he emailed me at short notice asking to cancel and rearrange that meeting for Tuesday 6th September at 6.15pm and I agreed to this. Come the day and I waited until 7.30pm and again, no show. I tried to call him but only a voicemail was available and so I've told Slavik not to bother turning up to do the floor tiling on 12th September - I need someone reliable and this is NOT good enough!

Tiling floors before adding or replacing contempary or traditional bathroom/hallway wall panelling/dado rails and skirtings. 6). Building a traditional bathroom or en-suite that includes both timber wall panels and tiles around bath, sink and shower. 7). Boxings, shelving and recesses in bathrooms and en-suites. Over the last 30 years, ive accumulated a unique set of skills and knowledge in construction on thousands of domestic and commercial projects, including building my own properties in my spare time. From 1999 to 2004, i worked as a building site manager on very large and complicated building projects so i understand the whole building process. I'm a 1st/2nd fix carpenter who also fits kitchens and installs any size or complex decking project. As a professional tiler I've tiled thousands of bathrooms, en-suites, kitchens, feature walls, floors... using ceramic, porcelain, travertine, marble, quarry tiles, teracotta, brick effect, and glass. I've also tiled on every conceivable surface including plasterboard, ply, screed, concrete, tile backer board... My organisation, attention to detail and standard of finish is very professional. Phil is an absolute gent. He was hired to lay some large floor tiles ready for my new Kitchen, he went out of his way to ensure the job was completed in good time as he knew I was I a tight schedule. Ben was incredibly professional, punctual, and has done an great job on my very unlevel floor to give a flawless result. Couldn't be happier with it, and would recommend to anyone wanting tiling or odd jobs done. He managed to tile an awkward landing area with 3 doorways, and was considerate in cleaning up after himself and doing the final finishes that elevate a job -such and caulking and grouting. He communicated throughout to make sure I was happy with the layout of the tiles and used good quality materials. 10/10

Job was to fit a new bathroom. Said job would be finished August 16th actual date completed September 30th. I had booked a painter based on the original finish date provided. Painter could not start as the project was nowhere near completed. I had to pay the painter even though he couldn't start. CRK were aware I was working to a deadline to have the property ready but he told the painter "it will be done when its done" which in reality meant 45 days after original agreed finish date. He also used our under counter fridge and freezer as a workbench. The quality of the work (SINK LEAKED) and the finish was nothing short of a disgrace. Complained and he did come back, to "fix" things that should have never been left in such a state in the first place. Avoid at all costs absolutely no pride in his work, and gets quite indignant when his shortcomings as a "tradesman" are pointed out, Took no responsibility.
