Brian arrived on time, very polite, courteous and was extremely clean, he lay covers over all the floorings and tidied up at the end. He took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the job and updated my fiancée when she arrived home with the results and solution of the leak. Brian also tidied up the waste pipe under the sink to make it a lot neater and replaced the compression fittings with solvent weld fittings to prevent future leaks. Brian also managed to do another few little jobs such as tightening a few joints and kitchen sink that had worked loose but we had not noticed. He thoroughly tested the system before leaving. He was fairly priced and had a high standard of work. I would recommend and use Brian again. Both myself and my fiancée were very impressed by him

Very responsive and very punctual. Always responded to questions we had via text and turned up exactly when they said they would. Selecting what we wanted was very easy with links they sent and when we wanted to add something later they were very accommodating and sent us more links to what was available. Having the work done was easy as we went away on holiday for the week leaving them the house to themselves. They were very respectful of the property and protected the carpets. The work they carried out was exactly what we were looking for and love our new bathroom. This process was made really pleasant by the guys at Yates Property Services. Would recommend you look into using them for an easy and painless process. Thanks Darren and Co.

Do not use this person. He was extremely unprofessional throughout the job. He was captured on our Ring doorbell laughing with friends, commenting on our age and the cars we drive, and stating that he would not be returning to finish the work. The tiling was left in a very poor condition, with multiple tiles damaged and badly fitted. The tiles cost £65 per pack, and in total five packs were wasted or damaged. He installed heavy-duty 600 × 300 tiles using a fast-set adhesive that clearly states it is not suitable for heavy tiles, with a maximum tile size of 300 × 300. This issue was only identified after we had another professional inspect the work. He repeatedly asked for money upfront, and we paid £200 in good faith. CCTV footage later showed him on his phone saying he would not return, leaving the wall badly tiled. He even admitted that the work would need to be completely redone. We were very reasonable and only asked for the £200 back, which yet has not been done

£2,360 to completely gut and install a 2x3m bathroom. Wojtek was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Even when there was small leak one evening, he immediately drove back half an hour to fix it in the evening. Also when I messed up the ordering of some parts, he was accommodating and didn't get frustrated with me. The quality of the workmanship appears to be excellent (to the untrained eye) and he delivered everything exactly on schedule. A really really minor point, was that he used the wrong colour grout in an unobvious spot, because he ran out of the correct colour, but he came back an fixed it straight away. But that is nit-picking. I cannot recommend him enough and will definitely be using him again. And to top it all off, he's a nice bloke.
