Tom is a very competent builder, who has attention to details. Tom continuously went out of his way to find ways to meet my requirements, Whenever we had atypical challenge during my extension Tom's default position was "let's find a work around." He was creative and efficient in doing so, and most importantly cost effective, as I was running on tight budget. Fantastic experience working with Tom, he estimated the work to complete in 6 weeks, the work was done 5 and a half weeks and handed over. The works speaks of itself, very urban finish with high level of professionalism. I was almost hands off the project due to work travel, and Tom took care of all the aspects without me being involved day to day and micro manage. He is surely being to be big league builder in no time. I would recommend him whole heartedly.

Younger brother Anti was a professional and I would hire again but beware of the elder sibling as his workmanship his poor, here is a list:- 1) the cupboard fitted under the stairs was misaligned and the hinges are loose. Paint job was poorly finished too. 2) cupboard fitted across the boiler was all bent. Anti came and fixed it. 3) varnish across door and skirting boards were done once and therefore have an uneven spread 4) the floorboards did not have enough glue placed in certain areas so it creaks 5) grout in some time are missing 6) really poor sealant work on the bathroom 7) broke my £2000 TV and then hid the evidence. I only found out after placing the furniture back in its place. In contrast Anti did a good job in fitting the radiator. If you can Illicit promises of Anti only completing the job without the older the brother then go for it or else give them a wide berth.

Decent builders but with extremely poor communication skills. First the good points: 1. They are good at internal finishes 2. They create and use a Statement of Work (SOW) to track all costs of the project, so there were no major surprises in the project 3. They are friendly and hard workers - who arrive on time Gotbath UK Ltd used subcontractors to build us a 6 meter rear extension. Although they had an in-house architect, they did not know the law around boundaries which resulted in a conflict with our neighbours. After spending hundreds on hiring a boundary surveyor, the initial wall had to be re-built within our boundary. Gotbath did not take any responsibility for the wrong information they provided to us regarding boundaries and charged us for the rebuild. When discussing how to finish the inside of the extension, GotBath were extremely slow in ordering supplies and in general responding to us, so we took matters into our own hands and ordered materials ourselves which were removed from the SOW provided to us. At the end of the project, finishes took a long time and required constant chasing. Final gas, electrical and warranty documents took a long time to reach us and required a lot of chasing too. I have very little confidence that GotBath will honour the warranty document they have provided to us. It's a shame because I can see GotBath have a lot of potential as a builder. However, their lack of communication has really let them down.

Started on time and completed the decking extension & renovation to a high standard. Ensured that small details like cuts around poles etc, were finished properly and not left with gaps. Next time I would confirm that clearing rubbish is part of the quote, but highly recommend Przemek for quality finish.

I contacted 5 Landscaping companies, all 5 responded but only 4 came round to review the project. All submitted quotes but I had a clear favourite. Torin was extremely professional, friendly and seemed to understand what we wanted. He wasn't the cheapest, I wasn't looking for the cheapest, but the difference wasn't big enough to worry. Having appointed him, he came round again to discuss the project again, this time with his no.2 who was also very professional. They took the additional time to work with us and ask sensible questions. They gave us ideas and options we hadn't considered and worked within our budget. Once the work started, the guys were polite, tidy, efficient and hard working. When we did have an issue, they fixed it quickly and without hesitation or complaint. Two weeks in, and the job is finished and to a very high standard. We are delighted with the work and with Torin and his team. I would highly recommend them.
