Andrei and Andy were both very polite and helpful, and they explained what needed to be done in clear detail. They helped me discount the bad advice of some other contractors who I had gotten alternative quotes from. They were willing to answer all my pesky homeowner's questions and gave good advice when things didn't go quite to plan (the surprises of old buildings!). They were always on time each day and worked hard. The work was finished to a high quality and they went above and beyond to ensure I was informed along the way and satisfied at the end. I have been disappointed with many other contractors in the past but I would not hesitate to recommend ABL Building and Construction to friends and will use definitely them for my other jobs in future.

I recently used Ovidiu at Custom Tiling and was very impressed with his service. I sent him photos of the job, and he was able to provide a clear and competitive quote straight away. He turned up when agreed, completed the work on time without any delays, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Communication throughout was straightforward and professional, making the whole process hassle-free. Mario was an absolute gem from start to finish. After a leak left our only bathroom out of action Mario came in and managed the full project to perfection (and also had a great tiler and electrician who did some other works). Six months on and I cannot fault any of the works. Highly recommended.

1. The work has been left half done - tried to contact for the solution however the response I don't understand. See if you can understand. Agreed was to install the wall panel for the whole room however this is not the result. 2. Conceal the damage - there are damages to wall here and there in the process of installation and the response is those are not damaged, Sam insist this is what it should be which is somehow shocking to me. You tell me whether you think this is damage or not damage. 3. There are good part of the work - the panelling work is good but the overall experience is concerning, especially when I paid there is no active solution provided but giving me a feeling this is a one-off business. It is not possible for me to recommend as the result is like this.

Goni and his team did a fantastic job. He came around to quote promptly, and the quote was competitive. The tiling itself was done to an exceptionally high stand with a precise eye for detail. He also did a couple of other extra jobs - fitting a doorstop, replacing a radiator so the tiling was perfect, and fitting a tiled upstand where the old skirting boards were. I am deeply impressed and have no hesitation in recommending Goni.
