2 small "handyman" jobs needed attention. Mark came & quickly identified what was needed. He also picked up another, unrelated, problem & dealt with that as well. He was reluctant to charge a fair rate for his time & had to be persuaded charge more than quoted, even though the work took a bit longer than he had originally thought. Very satisfied with his care & attention to detail. He had to borrow a few of my tools as his tools had been left on his main job, but not a problem. Fortunately I have a fairly large collection of tools. Overall the jobs necessitated 2 visits & some hunting around reclamation yards for suitable items to replace some broken wall tiles. Tiles found were not an exact match to the originals, but Mark assures me that he will keep searching & will return to complete job at no cost in the future. Mark was a little delayed in sending an invoice, but not a problem. Will certainly be contacting Mark again for any future jobs needing a reliable, experienced tradesman.

Very flexible and friendly. However, the few tiles in the wall and floor were not laid in level and one tile at the floor was broken. This was noticed when grouting so the finishing is not great.

We hired Jordan for the full re-rendering of the rear of two Victorian terrace houses with through-colour render. He organised the scaffolding and took on several small jobs around the rendering without issue and to a high standard (rebuilding a small wall, removing an old drainpipe, etc.). The render itself was well done and now looks great. Jordan and Lee were both friendly, careful and supportive when we came across challenges. I would definitely recommend him for an external job like this.

Really pleased I hired Martin to do my kitchen tiles. He is punctual and friendly, I was given a very reasonable price and his workmanship was excellent. I had large gloss tiles fitted with insulation and underfloor heating so the work needed to be perfect and I was extremely impressed with the result. I will be recommending him.

Sam and his team have done an excellent job at installing all pipework and fitting an on-suite bathroom, including tiling into a new build. This was a complex job because Sam had to 'pick-up' where a previous builder had left and support us in addressing deficiencies in the previous builder's work. Sam's work is of an exceptionally high standard, he does the work when he says he will, responds rapidly to communications, which was essential for this job and simply 'gets on with it'.
