Some bamboo flooring in our bathroom was black and the units behind had water damage so we asked Paul if he could retile and replace the unit panels.This required taking out the sink, toilet and vanity units and adapting some IKEA panels we had sourced by cutting these to size, making them watertight and fitting handles, as well as the flooring.What we hadn't realised was just how bad the floor was because the toilet had been leaking from the outlet which was substandard.Paul explained how the waste pipe should be, issues with the plumbing and why it had happened.By the time he had finished it looked like a new bathroom!I should also add that we had a minor hiccup with a damaged panel which Paul told us about - I've had workmen in the past that would not have told me so that's to his credit.His son Kai meticulously scraped out old silicon from our downstairs toilet floor which had been very badly applied and resiliconed the entire wainscot, toilet and sink, transforming it.Super happy!

Gerry and Jerry turned our ugly duckling of a house into a beautiful modern home, what more can I say!! They supported and mentored us every step of the way during the mammoth task of renovating a derelict house into our now superb family home. They succeeded in transforming the property into an absolute wow house for us and the family. We had everything refurbished from a perfectly fitted toilet fitted under the stairs, a newly fitted fabulous kitchen installed with every mod-con we required, new electrics and plumbing throughout, all the ceilings removed and replaced, damp eradicated from the property, a fantastic family bathroom fitted, and to top it all wonderful modern glass extension built with finesse which is now the heart of our home. The quotation was four A4 pages long which detailed every specification of the works line by line so we knew exactly what was being undertaken. We had regular clear communication and prompt timing throughout the project, and we are now currently being guided by them through the authority’s planning process to secure planning permission for a loft conversion. I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Gerry and Jerry; they will be your project keepers helping turn your dream into reality.

What a great choice I made asking HBS to do my bathroom. Great guys, clean and prompt. They had problem after problem, but made no complaints, just got on with the job. The end result is wonderful. I would recommend them with no hesitation and will be using them again myself. I cannot praise them enough. A+++++++

Wally was a good decorator and painter. He did not however complete his brief which was to fit mirrors on the doors of the fitted wardrobes that he successfully installed. He said that he was having trouble finding the right sized mirrors. This job began before Christmas and is still not completed. Wally no longer answers our calls. We have no choice but to find another person to finish the job
