I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. I hired DS Developments to completely landscape my small front garden. This involved clearing and levelling the area; moving and re-securing a bike shed; laying a patio and lawn; and a number of finishing touches. The area went from somewhat of an embarrassing eye-sore to an area of pride. One that several neighbours have already made compliments about. David provided a professional service from start to finish. His quote was more than I expected, but his knowledge and vision gave me the confidence to select his services. He provided a selection of options and stuck to budget; adapted well to new ideas/suggestions; and informed in advance where the cost would be impacted. He and his team also were as tidy and considerate as possible and I highly recommend their services.

Haxhi and his team exceed my expectations. We did agree on a bathroom renovation which basically everything was done from scratch. He was always on time and he met the deadline of the project. I had an issue with my water pump but he managed to fix it for little cost. Also he did the tiles for me on the wall and floor with very minimum waste and he did a brilliant job. We changed the position of the basin in order to save space and we did replace it the washing machine(hidden). We are now working on my other property to renovate the bathroom. Hahxi is very professional, knows the job very well, he did coordinate with me on every step to make sure we are on the same page . I strongly recommend him for any renovation project you may have.

Wendy was a pleasure to work with. I trusted her to leave her to do her work, and she took the time needed to do it well and tidy up. I had Wendy tile my entire kitchen backsplash and a small part of my bathroom wall. The work was done perfectly and at a reasonable cost. It's rare you get women in the industry and it was a refreshing change to have her in the house!
