Alin was professional and did a good job. He had a couple workers who were messy and we spent a lot of time cleaning up after them. But they worked hard and did a good job on our garden.

I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. I've used Facundo's team to install a new shower, including wall and floor tiling, massage jets, and concealed shower equipment. Facundo was the person we dealt with at all times, although someone else was assigned to do the job. The quality of the work and finish is extremely good. I was also impressed with Facundo's professional attitude at all times, being very polite and respectful, as well as proactive in addressing any potential issues affecting our planning and execution. Highly recommended.

Was on time day of tiling, was told it would all be done in one day and it wasn’t, came back next day to grout but not at time agreed. Messy workers and didn’t communicate problems leaving me with more work to do after to make things look good. Overall good worker and standard of work good. Just a few niggling things.

Lewis did a very nice, neat job tiling a splashback above our kitchen worktop. He managed some fiddly bits around power points and pipes and the result is exactly as we wanted it. Very easy to deal with, he responded quickly, asked the right questions before coming and arrived on time. He even helped fix a kitchen pull-out while he was here!

Iljaz and his Team were brilliant! I was slightly concerned having no reviews. They found the leak, fixed it and patched up the wall in very tidy and professional manner. He did say he wouldn't be able to come today and updated me, however he made time to come in-between his day to sort out my issue. Not many true trades people like this and very honest and stuck to his word. I would definitely recommend him and would not hesitate to use his team again. Thank Iljaz!

One word to define this 'company' COWBOY builders. Numerous issues one after another. Had to get 2nd/3rd opinion on their work to make sure I wasn't being fobbed off. Conducted loads of research which meant left being uneasy especially as a large chunk of payment was made after only 1 day of work when in fact payment was due end of completion. 1- Underestimating material costs 2- Slabs off the walkway coming loose within 2 months of being put down 3- Ignoring attempts of rectifying the flawed job 4- walkway was meant to be clear of grass and strictly shingles but grass/weed still appearing. 5- Forgot to state ground levels would be raised then creating a lie saying I had been told 6- denying and ignoring the obvious Wouldn't trust the reviews being left here and definitely wouldn't use or recommend them to anyone. Have decided to give up on trying to get them to fix their shoddy job and find someone else to fix their mess Correction - you was aware & agreed with mat delivery
