We are extremely happy with the work that was done. The pipes were required but could be streamlined and tidied up. After reviewing the pipes, an appointment was made easily and quickly to get the pipes tidied away. The end result is extremely neat. We had some other questions which were answered and we are very happy with the end result. Can't recommend enough and will definitely be giving all our future plumbing and heating needs to SR Plumbing & Heating.

Put a job for shower tray which was leaking through the ceiling. Asked Peter for 2 quotes replace shower tray and redo the whole bathroom. Peters quote was competitive. Ended up doing the whole bathroom. Peter did a great job. Polite and skilled in his work. Cleaned and cleared all the rubbish afterwards. Would definitely use Peter again and highly recommend him.

Following the bath installation, I found that it had not been installed correctly and the end of the bath dropped, causing water to penetrate into the room below. When I asked Remi to please fix the problem he provided me with numerous excuses why he could not attend. He has now stated that the 3 month warranty he provides has ended and that he is not obliged to assist me. When I initially contacted Remi, it was within that 3 month warranty period and even so, it is disappointing that although he has accepted the bath wasn't fitted properly, he wont remedy the fix. I would therefore caution your use of this tradesman.

Russell is a very friendly, sociable, man. He explained the work he would be doing very clearly. He came on time and worked for a full day and a half on the job. The work he completed is very good. He moved stuff to access the work, put things away and took the old materials (and some extra stuff for the dump) away for me. I will be using him again - he can do all sorts of jobs - just the sort of handyman I need and am happy to recommend him to all.

Charlie and his brother were fantastic throughout the process of having our bathroom redone. When Charlie came round for a quote, he really listened to what we wanted and was passionate and professional in what he was discussing. When the work started, he and his brother were very polite, respectful and really demonstrated a high work ethic. Charlie, who fitted the bathroom was great to be around while he was working as he kept me up to date and always treated being in the house with the upmost professionalism. He and his brother really worked well together, and we couldn't of been happier with the finished product. We will always use Charlie and his brother now for any future work and fully recommend them to anyone looking to have bathroom/tiling work completed

I'm really pleased that I chose Steven to redo my kitchen. I don't think that I could have chosen a better person. He obviously is a craftsman who takes pride in his work. He was very considerate of our needs. Many other kitchen fitters require that the kitchen is out of use for the fortnight or so that they are refitting the kitchen. Not Steven, for example, the sink was out of use for only one day (the day it was being replaced). I strongly recommend Spear Propeerty Maintenance.
