We were absolutely delighted with Lino and his services. He was incredibly patient , as our flat purchase was delayed. We required a total gutting off our flat, with new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, painting, and all the rest. He had great communication throughout. He showed up on time with his team each day , and was so professional throughout. We went to Lino for advice throughout the process. He never said any of our plans were not possible- he always either said yes, or provided another option. This was such a great help. I would recommend Lino to anyone. We are absolutely delighted with our flat.

Minimal disturbance caused to my neighbours while doing the job. He kept to the agreed deadline and kept me informed about everything that was happening. I liked that he was honest and informed me about a problem that he discovered while doing the job, so I had to some adjustments which will prevent the issue escalating in future.
