I hired Gary for the job on 11th May 2019. He was very courteous and gave me a fair price on his quote. We kept in touch through the course of our renovation. However, he came today for a site visit, just 2 days before he is due to start(admittedly we were delayed by a day, he was meant to start on Monday but a delay meant he could only start on Tuesday) and said he wouldn't be able to do the job anymore. Our plumbers have actually managed to complete on time which means he can start but he just sent a text saying he wouldn't start and didnt answer any of my calls. Then he sends a text saying he has rescheduled all his work due to the delay of 1 day! Extremely unprofessional and unreliable - he has put my entire project at risk over nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Alex provided a great service. He came round on time to view the job, gave a detailed and competitive quote and built the bathroom exactly to spec. He was keen to ensure I was happy with all aspects of the installation with regard to both materials and workmanship and even carried out some small additional activities not included in the original quote. He was polite, hard working and very experienced. He also cleaned up the house at the end of each day. I am really pleased with my bathroom and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

Andrew did a great job replacing some floor tiles for us. The job turned out to be more complicated due to a small water leak but Andrew was able to locate the problem and advise on next steps. He was friendly and professional and I’d happily recommend him for other work.

Damien promptly followed up on my post with a phone call and a visit to assess the job. Provided me with an accurate quote and advised me on additional material I would need. After accepting the quote they scheduled the job in within a week and the team got the job done within 72 hours without disrupting my schedule. Also tidied up afterwards and fitted a radiator cover which was a nice bonus. Delighted with my newly laid LVT and porcelain tiles. Highly recommended!

My family and I are so happy with Jose’s work! The tiles look amazing! We looked at several builders but Jose came out on top. He communicated well throughout the process. He was very clear about how much the job would cost and how long it would take. He came on time and he worked very well, very hard and was very clean and tidy. Jose is a lovely, friendly person, too, and very easy to be around as he worked in the house. He even did an extra job for us, too (also at a good price), which made the bathroom look even better and he went out of his way to make sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. His pricing is extremely fair. I can’t say enough good things about Jose, and I highly recommend him to other customers, who are looking for good workmanship at a good price. I have already spoken to Jose about doing another job. He will always be the first person I speak to if I want any other jobs done. Thank you, Jose!

We did not need to cover any furniture he did an amazing job of this and kept everything paint free. He was efficient in replying back to messages and arrived promptly every day. Juro and his team completed a total refurbishment of our house that included removing all internal walls, along with a double story side extension, a huge job involving lots of steels, re-roofing, new construction, new bathrooms and kitchen, new windows and rendering along with all the plumbing and electrical work and decoration. They did the most incredible job, working efficiently, adapting to any problems that came along and working really hard to create the best finish possible at the budget we had. Despite the pandemic arriving just after the demolition stage, they didn’t miss a day on site, and worked tirelessly to get materials to keep the project moving. Incredibly they still managed to finish the project on schedule and to a standard that was exceptional. Juro is honest and upfront, didn’t ever add costs or ‘unforeseeables’ and was an absolute joy to work with. He also stuck to a very clear payment schedule that was easy to follow and always meant we only paid when we were absolutely 100% happy. My only reservation in writing this review is that I would like to selfishly hang on to him and keep his schedule clear for future jobs with family and friends!

Diyan did an excellent job. He is a real perfectionist and when I pointed out a small error in the pattern of the tiles he came back immediately to fix it. He also insisted of removing our loo so he could tile underneath rather than around it for a better finish. He took the time to do the job well rather than rush it. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I can’t recommend him enough.

Andrew had to replace a shower tray that my builders fitted incorrectly that cracked as a result. Through the whole process Andrew kept me informed of what he was doing and why, giving me confidence that he was doing it as per the instructions that came with the tray. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and leaves your house clean at the end of the working day. Also went above and beyond on the last day to complete the job early. I have already recommended Andrew to friends and family and will definitely use him for future jobs. Wish I knew of him when I fitted the bathroom!! Thanks Andrew!
