Adriano a very professional and hard working man. He spend 5.5 days in our house painting and decorating. He is very patient and listens to customers needs and accommodates and goes extra mile to make you happy. A real pleasure to have around the house. I have not been the easiest customer as OCD issues being a perfectionist but Adriano done amazing and met all our expectations. Denis and his brother Andy renewed our main bathroom. They were hardworking and tidy. They are general builders and this helped since we had a few bits that pure tilers would not be able to handle. They worked quickly and efficiently over the weekend. The work was well coordinated with our plumber as there are always a few items that need a joint approach (so Denis came to ensure all was as our plumber required). The tiling was good quality for the speed. Our bathroom looks great and was usable after less than a week. As we were pleased, we also asked them to lay some decking and do some quick plumbing for us and do a few extra jobs that we paid for separately. Andy and Denis also came back to finish a few bits and make sure it will last as much as needed and also get the final payment. It is worth putting all the items down on paper to avoid any misunderstanding and clarify exactly what any additional work is. All in all, it was a relaxing experience as they are both clearly keen to have happy customers and are proud of their work. Finally, Denis silicone touches are top quality, a skill on its own!

He worked hard and got the job done but it wasn’t stress free for me. I wouldn’t say don’t hire,but some things to note.1. He will take off doors but will charge to put them back on but he let me know. 2. He isn’t very good with patterned tiles so use AI to decide beforehand. I had to ask him to redo a bit that was just random tile bits and he wasn’t happy about it. He broke the wall to make two tiles fit instead cut correct angle.3. asked me what height I wanted the skirting, asked his advice& agreed to it. Later when he discovered both plug sockets sat at bit under the skirting, he said I should have thought about that when I decided on the height!It’s costing a pretty penny to have the sockets moved. 4. If you ask him to use self levelling compound or black grout he will complain a lot, even when (SLC) it and lots of pictures were in the job description he quoted for. 5. He cannot cut neat circles in tiles.

£2,360 to completely gut and install a 2x3m bathroom. Wojtek was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Even when there was small leak one evening, he immediately drove back half an hour to fix it in the evening. Also when I messed up the ordering of some parts, he was accommodating and didn't get frustrated with me. The quality of the workmanship appears to be excellent (to the untrained eye) and he delivered everything exactly on schedule. A really really minor point, was that he used the wrong colour grout in an unobvious spot, because he ran out of the correct colour, but he came back an fixed it straight away. But that is nit-picking. I cannot recommend him enough and will definitely be using him again. And to top it all off, he's a nice bloke.
