I hired Nguyen to tile the bathroom and put pvc ceiling. He did a great job overall on both. Towards the end of the job I asked if he could fit a sink and do vinyl flooring on the bathroom and toilet. Unfortunately the flooring was not done properly. He also quoted the tiling would be done in a week max but it did take longer now that's not a huge issue because he did a great job on the tiling so it was worth the wait. He fitted the sink really well. The flooring was just a let down. But I would recommend Nguyen for the tiling, he was also polite and friendly and quoted a good price. Also there was a part of the tiling I preferred in a different way and Nguyen was happy to fix it so that was nice. Overall good experience.

I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. A+++ Highly recommend this guy! Honest, reliable and finishes all jobs nicely! Although we initially hired him for just a bathroom tiling job, we were so thrilled with his work that we have hired him back for various jobs (carpentry, plastering and skimming) around the house. In a world full of sh!t builders, you can count on this guy to do the job thoroughly at a fair price.

Diyan did an excellent job. He is a real perfectionist and when I pointed out a small error in the pattern of the tiles he came back immediately to fix it. He also insisted of removing our loo so he could tile underneath rather than around it for a better finish. He took the time to do the job well rather than rush it. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I can’t recommend him enough.

Mustafa did an excellent job on our full house project, including painting, decorating, electrical work, and flooring. He is highly professional, always arrived on time, and even worked weekends to ensure everything stayed on track. Impressively, he completed the work a day earlier than scheduled. Before leaving, he made sure the entire house was clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. He was also very helpful when it came to purchasing materials, offering practical advice throughout the process. I would highly recommend Mustafa and will definitely be using his services again—he is already scheduled to return for our kitchen work

During the quote nothing was too difficult and Iustin had some great ideas. 'You tell me what you want and we'll do it.' Great. Day one they caused a leak into the kitchen. Halfway through day two we ordered work to stop because it was still leaking. It took several calls to Iustin to resolve. The leak caused the extractor fan in the kitchen to drop. They fixed at the end but the lights on it don't work consistently. Attention to detail was zero. Floor not sealed behind cupboard, wobbly plaster, streaks of white paint on blue (and vice versa), chipped paint, and tiles not evenly placed, with roughly cut edges. New flooring laid before finishing the walls, dropping sealant, dust and paint on it. Many things had to be redone or changed - but they generally did redo when asked. A window they put in is lower than agreed and the pebbledash doesn't match. They installed the vanity unit on the wrong wall. No dust sheets were put down over kitchen surfaces when drilling through concrete, covering everything in a thick layer of dust. The project was contracted to finish by 4 September, but took until 15 September. Iustin did apologise for this on the last day. On the last day, Marin threatened us because we wanted to wait until the job was finished to send the final payment. At that point we'd paid £500 more in instalments than agreed. Receipts for materials contained items not used or not ours. They took away things that we'd paid for. Overall not a great experience.
