Basil and his team are hardworking, reliable, and clearly know their craft. They completed the job exactly as agreed, even though it involved removing old tiles which was no easy task in the kitchen and hall way. They handled it all efficiently tiling the kitchen, hall way and new extension area and with great care. The team also left the area clean at the end of each day, and even carried out some additional work at no extra charge. The results are beautiful all around the house, and their pricing was very reasonable. We’re already planning another job for our rear extension and hope Basil and his team can deliver another fantastic job for us.

Honest review - Not satisfied. Steve hardly listened to what we had asked for throughout the whole process. He ordered the wrong stuff before the job even started (we went for a Matt black finish) he turned up with standard silver stuff. Boxing in built isn’t square, the pipes didn’t line up with the radiator leaving us with one straight pipe and one wonky. Tiler had to redo work because Trims were fitted the wrong way round. I had to buy the trims on top myself because Steve did not communicate what we had discussed, so he turned up without black trims for tiles. Laying out on tiles weren’t as agreed, but was too late by the time we flagged it. Bath trim wasn’t fitted behind the bath panel, but couldn’t be changed because it would have meant pulling up the floor and getting the tiler back in. Plumbing for the shower in the loft caused a leak in our bedroom ceiling. Steve came back and fixed the pipes, said he’d send someone round to repair the ceiling (convo recorded) never came back!
