I had the absolute misfortune of hiring these two tilers for my home, and I cannot stress enough how important it is to steer clear of them. They are perpetually late, leaving me waiting for hours on end. When they finally show up, they work in the most unprofessional manner imaginable – the mess they leave behind is astonishing. The tiling job they did was rushed and sloppy. Patterns were not followed, and they had to come back the next day to correct their numerous mistakes. Even after the second attempt, the result was horrendous. On another job, the grout they used started cracking within just two months. When I contacted them to fix the issue, they blamed the grout itself and refused to return my calls. Their lack of accountability and responsibility is appalling. Save yourself the headache and find someone else. These tilers are not worth the time, money, or frustration.
