I would not use James again and cannot recommend him. I employed him to carry out some tiling of a shower enclosure and around a bath and sink basin, install a vanity unit and replace a bathroom tap. There is a cracked tile near the shower handle, which he could have cut properly as there were tiles left over. The grouting was badly completed with numerous gaps and very thinly applied, which will probably lead to water ingress. He demonstrated very little respect for my property, leaving dirt and debris wherever he went. I found grout put down the sink and toilet, clogging it, he also emptied some into an outside drain and didn’t bother washing it away, luckily I spotted it before it had a chance to harden and washed it away myself. He damaged the existing flooring in the bathroom, which I will now definitely have to replace. To top it all he left numerous cigarette butts all over my drive, even though he knew animals and children play out there. Really not impressed.

We hired Liam to tile our bathroom, install a new heated towel rail and to fit an electric shower. From our first meeting we could tell that Liam was very professional and that he had an extensive knowledge regarding bathroom refits. A lovely chap & easy to get on with. He arrived on time and worked extremely hard throughout. Both his tiling & plumbing is to a very high standard and with a keen eye for symmetry etc. We have used other bathroom fitters/plumbers in the past but Liam is a notch above the rest and I would therefore definitely recommend Liam 100%. A reliable/trustworthy and very experienced tradesman. Great finish, tidied up after and all for a very reasonable price. Thank you.

I was looking to have the old tiles replaced in the kitchen and also a room next to the kitchen so that they could flow throughout. This caused a few issues as the flooring was on two levels. This company were very professional in dealing with the solution in every detail. They were very polite and professional. I am very fussy in detail and the work has been done extremely well. I would not hesitate to call them out again for future projects.

An excellent job. The whole team worked really hard and very well together. On the initial survey Darren made practical suggestions, arranged for us to visit showrooms,( who were expecting us) pick out exactly what we wanted fitted and then he arranged delivery. From start to finish he helped all the way, nothing was too much trouble even down to last minute changes, which were done as if they had been planned all along. The whole job went seamlessly will certainly use him again.

I’ve worked in building maintenance for 8 years, I started as an apprentice and worked my way up. My trade is a bricklayer, but I carry out a multitude of tasks such as slab laying, fence erecting, paving installations, pothole repairs, kerbstone repairs, bollard installation, basic carpentry & plumbing repairs, replace taps, door handles etc like for like. I can board up door ways, clean gutters and jet wash paths.

Great guys, good work, prompt and efficient. Did a great job levelling and tiling our wonky old floor. A tricky job with big 600 square slate tiles that are not sympathetic to unlevel surfaces! Liam contacted me when he said he would and they both arrived at 9am promptly every day. They worked hard and went beyond their remit to complete the job to their high standards. Probably the tidiest and cleanest tradesmen we've used! Won't hesitate to ask them back again and have already recommended them to a friend. Good luck to them both.
