New bathroom and downstairs toilet fitted. Marcin was highly professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We are very happy with the outcome and appreciate the adaptability Marcin has shown as we changed a few things last minute. Others have complemented our new bathroom which is testament to a great job and Marcin has been great to do business which. Very honest and upfront which I prefer because you always know where you stand. Overall, brilliant job! Thanks.

I would highly recommend Jeramine if you’re in need of any plastering. We asked for a quote and he came round immediately. The price was the best we’d received and booked him straight away. He was polite & courteous and did a wonderful job. He left the area spotless and we just sat back & admired our newly plastered walls & ceiling. As he was very good at what he does, I even offered him to do silicone rendering on the exterior. Brilliant job. I am very impressed with the quality of the work and the service provided by Jeramine and his team.

I am a developer and I understand how negative feedback can effect someone’s business so i dont leave negative feedback unless I really have to and I have never done it before. Let me first say that Senol is a lovely person with a great personality and I got on with him right away. However, this job was not only poor overall, it was not fit for purpose. senol tiled my bathroom floor and around the bath. The floor is uneven and the edges rubbish. I know that Senol will say that it’s because it was laid in the dark but I did ask him if he could do it and he said yes. Another thing one could argue is that if you work until 8pm in the dark winter months it is advisable to bring a light. I can live with the flooring it is around the bath it really went wrong. This was tiled during daylight hours. The visible cuts are rugged, cut with an angle grinder rather than tile cutter, also the straight cuts. The corner joint gaps variated from no gap to almost 2cm leaving me with enormous silicone seals down both sides. Same along ceiling up to 2.5cm gaps. Several of the tiles are scratched with the grinder leaving clearly visible black marks on white tiles. The worst bit was around the windows. The tiles were fitted so if I had applied enven the thinnest silicone seal I would have sealed the windows shut. I had to remove tiles and refit in order to open and close the window. The window still can’t tilt out for cleaning. I did contact Senol for him to rectify this but he never replied.

John was top-notch! His communication throughout was great and his work was absolutely fantastic.... we're very happy with the finished wall. We hired John via mybuilder to install some brick slips on a kitchen wall. The finished job is better than we imagined, very pleased. John himself was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Mark Szekely of American Brothers Ltd did an perfect job at our home that exceeded our expectations. He is honest, very hardworking and punctual and tries to go an extra mile to get the best results. He has done innovative plumbing and tiling/painting jobs in our bathrooms. The finish is excellent. We think his prices are reasonable and good value for money. We plan to hire him again in the Spring for painting, tiling and kitchen counter upgrades.
