We fit kitchens and bathrooms, tiles and plumbing. Its all about the finished product. Customer satisfaction is paramount. Please take time to read our terms and conditions below. We do Plumbing, Tiling, Electrics, Carpentry, Wet room installations, Bathrooms installations, Kitchen installations, General property maintenance. There is a ONE HOUR minimum charge per man (Should more than one man be required) Also, where applicable: Labour, Parking, Materials/ Parts Sourcing & Transportation and Congestion Charge. (we do not charge for traveling time to jobs). Rates are per man per half hour: Standard half-hourly charge £42.50 Standard hourly charge is £85.00 Standard working day is 7 hours: Standard rate for a 7hour working day on one site is £595.00 Times on site will be recorded in half hour increments as set out above and invoiced accordingly daily. Should part of a half hour be used the full half hour will be rounded up and invoiced accordingly. Half Hourly charges may work out more convenient on smaller jobs. A FREE ESTIMATE can be provided on larger jobs when required, but on smaller jobs, estimates are made up by pictures supplied and by the client’s explanation of the works required. Please do send pictures via text or e-mail on smaller jobs. On larger jobs, we can attend the property at a convenient time to provide a free estimate. (All prices submitted will be deemed to be an estimate and not be confused as a quotation unless the document specifically states that it is a QUOTATION) When the client is to supply materials, it will be assumed within the estimate of labour cost only that all items will be delivered to site prior to our commencement of works and that we will not suffer dead time due to non-delivery of materials. Should we be asked to collect the goods or wait for the delivery of goods an extra hour’s labour, over and above the quoted estimate, will be invoiced. Final invoices will be e-mailed to you after the job has been completed and then your payment would be expected by return (Within 24 hours) into our bank account detailed on the invoice. Should works last longer than half a day and be valued at over £250, a 50% deposit of the estimate will be required together with an amount towards the materials cost, on account, with regular invoices being issued, at timed intervals, to allow for any further works to progress and to allow for unforeseen/extra instructed works until completion, upon when a final accurate invoice will be submitted for the total labour and materials cost, minus any deposits, together with any associated costs. With payment expected upon receipt of each invoice by return which means within 24 hours of submission. These include the ability to complete tasks to the desired standard. An estimate is a tentative evaluation or rough calculation of the works surveyed as instructed, (Any unforeseen works due to areas of work not being visible at the time of estimating will be deemed as extra works). An approximation is an inexact representation of something that is still close enough to be useful. Please take note that should works be found that are unforeseen or further instructions are given or changes are made to the original specification which would incur more work, then the original estimate for the works cost will increase. All workmanship is guaranteed for 3 months from completion of works. In the unlikely event that remedial or snagging works are required following works completion to be deemed as overlooked items, the works will be carried out right away without question. Access will be required. Should for any reason the customer does not offer immediate access and a third party intervenes then the guarantee will become null & void.
