Chris did an excellent job with re-tiling our bathroom. He was very clear in his estimate of the work required and very reasonable in his price. He arrived on time, and finished when he told us he would. Throughout, he was very clear in what work was being undertaken, how they were progressing, and answered any questions we had. The job was completed to an extremely high-standard - perfectly level tiling, and all the grouting, toilet re-installation were done without fault. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, if you're after a genuinely honest, skilled tiler and bathroom fitter.

Joe agreed to the job on Friday and said he'd come on Tuesday. Confirmed that he was still coming on Tuesday, the day before. Said he couldn't make it 15 minutes before he was due to arrive and said he was coming on Wednesday instead. On Wednesday he ghosts. Please do not use Joe unless you are happy for a job to be done when he wants it done, rather than when you have agreed with him to have it done.

I can't praise his work enough. Extremely detailed and hard working guy. Cuts no corners and takes pride in his work. I would not use anyone else for any stone and tiling jobs. He ended up tiling 4 bathrooms for us as well as the kitchen floor. Price was competitive and worth every penny. i can heartily recommend him. One of the few tradesmen I trusted with a key.

**HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED** I have not seen such an unprofessional service provider in my entire life. His guys lack the basic skills of tiling and created a mess of my new home. Issues: 1. They spill water in my bedroom with carpet and in lobby with wooden flooring which got damage 2. Whole house was filled with tile dust, 3. the tiles were not cleaned 4. tiles waste a separate issue 5. my balcony looked like a garbage room 6. cement marks on walls, ceiling and walls needs a paint work 7. to my utter disgust they left tiles pieces in my toilet. 8. Also the tiles are so poorly installed that I think I was better off without them. I wish there was an option to upload the pictures so people could understand my pain. Upon giving him calls to see the mess created by his guys he was reluctant at 1st to come and said he is tired & cant come. On sharing pics, he decided to show up & promised to clean the mess & complete the task. But after 2 weeks of struggle his guys shows up 3 times for 2-3 hour each. But today he finally decided to quit without doing his job. Now I need to find a new Contractor to complete the work. Also, He promised that he does quality work, to start when he visited and quoted me a price and said that he would send the quotation on mybuilder and thats how it works. He sent quotation 3 days later with 65% increase in price and later negotiated to 30% higher than original

We are really happy with our experience with Leila and her team. We had our downstairs bathroom tiled and a new shower unit installed and this has been done to a high standard. They turned up on time, were very clean and tidy and polite. Will definitely use LKC again in the future.

Nigel responded to our post and came over the next day to give us a quote. Upon looking at the job he gave us a very reasonable quote and he also helped us to purchase all the materials at a cracking price. He started the job on time and finished on time as well. We weren't home most of the days and left the back door open for him, he turned up, cracked on and tidied up after himself. In terms of the quality of his work, both my wife and I were very pleased, we wanted the decking area to be done to a high standard as our 19 month old will be playing on it and the finish was excellent. Nigel is very skilled and professional and we will certainly be asking him to do more work for us. We highly recommend him to the MyBuilder community!

He worked hard and got the job done but it wasn’t stress free for me. I wouldn’t say don’t hire,but some things to note.1. He will take off doors but will charge to put them back on but he let me know. 2. He isn’t very good with patterned tiles so use AI to decide beforehand. I had to ask him to redo a bit that was just random tile bits and he wasn’t happy about it. He broke the wall to make two tiles fit instead cut correct angle.3. asked me what height I wanted the skirting, asked his advice& agreed to it. Later when he discovered both plug sockets sat at bit under the skirting, he said I should have thought about that when I decided on the height!It’s costing a pretty penny to have the sockets moved. 4. If you ask him to use self levelling compound or black grout he will complain a lot, even when (SLC) it and lots of pictures were in the job description he quoted for. 5. He cannot cut neat circles in tiles.

Jacob and his team did a brilliant job on my ensuite. At the end of each day, they would hoover the site and our staircase to keep it as tidy as possible. Claudiu and his team did an excellent job renovating our 2 bed flat in Bushey. He did a great job on the laminate flooring in particular. Installed coving, skirting, painted walls/doors/radiators, installed new light fixtures, and assembled furniture. Will definitely work with him again. In fact, I hired him back to do our bathroom next week!
