Neil and John worked really hard for us and the end result is excellent. They were really helpful with advice and took on some extra work to give the perfect finish. Branden was very helpful dealing with my agents in my absence due to travel restrictions. He kept me up to date with all his actions which gave me great confidence in his ability. The shower cubicle was completed in a very timely manner ensuring a new tenant could move in immediately. I also asked for some extra work regarding the lights in the property, which he checked and fixed for me. The photographs sent to me from Branden of the work completed showed a excellent job. I will definitely contact BMA property maintenance if I require any further work to be carried out in the near future. Also the rates are very competitive.

Connor converted our downstairs loo into a shower room. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't fazed by the unexpected (a stud wall that wasn't a stud wall!!). He gave great advice from the quote through to the finished room, advising on ordering through to which door would give us optimum space. His price was very competitive and he provided lots of extras eg. replaced an outside tap and shaved down a sticking door. Connor has a great eye for detail and worked hard to provide us with a lovely shower room!

Hi iv been a floor and wall tiler for over 15 yrs. And specialise in natural stone. Although I u dertake ll aspects of tiling from ceramics to porcelain. Stone and mosaics. Most of my work has been word of mouth or through company's such as Boniti. Room100. Or clients such as nikki Mccarthy. I would hav no prob having u speak to these people and ask about my work. I do mostly private house work rather than site work as I find it more relaxing being able to talk to clients.

Glyn and Martin did such a fantastic job on our kitchen. They removed a load bearing wall in our terraced cottage, and a second exterior load bearing wall to make way for glass doors across the back. This job needed 3 large steels, and as our house is set back from the road behind another row of houses, it has very tricky access and the steels were a very tight fit and hard to maneovre, which frightened off all the other builders we had to look at the job! They did a fantastic job! They're quick, helpful, hard working, smart and fun to have around. Glyn was available 24/7 for all my questions and had brilliant ideas. They're the best builders we've ever used, and we've used ALOT. I would 100% use them again! They impressed me and my husband from day one when Glyn came for an initial consultation and he took his shoes off and stayed for two hours! They came in bang on budget, no fuss or extras, didn't ask for any payments up front (apart from to buy the steels). They recommended a good structural engineer too. Thank you guys!

Marcin can do pretty much everything - and does it all perfectly. I had walls painted, ceilings repaired and painted, new coving, shelves put up, a new kitchen put together and installed, including some large tiled areas behind the worktop and the range cooker. Also plumbed in a new sink and a dishwasher. Marcin also fitted a new concealed cistern in my bathroom as the other one stopped working. Put shelves up in my utility room. I expect I've forgotten other things too. Everything Marcin did was perfect. He is an absolute perfectionist - and that was for every piece of the work mentioned above. Kitchen units were painstakingly adjusted, tiles were put up using a laser guide to ensure they were precisely horizontal. As I said above, Marcin is a perfectionist. But not only that, he has invested in additional kit to minimise or eliminate dust when working. In the living room (where the kitchen was installed) there wasn't any additional dust on any surface - quite impressive. I can 100% recommend Marcin and hope he stays in the area so I can continue to call on him for anything work that comes up in the future.
