He was good when doing the job, and workmanship was very good, I cannot complain about that. I think what let down the entirety is aftercare & integrity of the builder. The fact we had given him multiple jobs in our house not just this one, and the first big issue we had within the first 2/3 months where our electrics stopped working in the bathroom for him to refuse to come unless I paid him £80? People usually give warranty with work and he claimed he doesn’t give more then a month which I find concerning especially with plumbing work, imagine a small leak getting worse over time before finding out. Luckily I had building insurance so when an electrician came out he said the builder had not tightened the pull switch which came loose, and I’d have had to pay to just tighten a switch. Now he’s blocked me on what’s app & for me that’s concerning and very unprofessional

I'm doing ok and the works coming in but still feel i need to do abit more advertising I've only had some business cards done up and sent them around and worked ok. Anyway I'm after some tips as to how i can try and get some constant work from the local letting agencies, kitchen and bathroom companies etc?? email, phone, go into the shops and introduce myself? many thanks

Nico did a fantastic job. The new wardrobe doors look amazing and fit perfectly after adjusting to fit the older door frames which had settled and moved slightly out of alignment over the years. Better than the original ones. The bedroom doors were replaced and fitted to open to the correct side of the rooms. The broken stair was expertly cut and fitted and matched perfectly to the rest of the stariway. Very solid and completely squeek free. Built to last a very long time. Nico is very reliable, dependable and highly skilled. I highly recommend him for any carpentry work needed.

Turn a 3 story house in to 6 self contained flats. Gary tiled the hallways and all the bathrooms as well as running the job for me. He got the extra trades in when the job was running behind and got it back on track, staying until the whole job was finished. I still use Gary on all jobs that need a tiler. Russell is a very friendly, sociable, man. He explained the work he would be doing very clearly. He came on time and worked for a full day and a half on the job. The work he completed is very good. He moved stuff to access the work, put things away and took the old materials (and some extra stuff for the dump) away for me. I will be using him again - he can do all sorts of jobs - just the sort of handyman I need and am happy to recommend him to all.
