We recently had our bathroom installed by Vahed and & paiman. They arrived on time every day and completed the job within 10 days. They worked very hard throughout, were always polite, and kept the workspace very tidy. The bathroom looks stunning, and overall, they are clearly skilled builders. Towards the end, it did feel like they rushed a bit to finish, which was noticeable in some of the finishing details. However, Vahed was responsive and took the time to correct several of the imperfections, which we appreciated.

I wouldn't use James again. He completed most of the work on the day to timescale and seemed like a trustworthy person. However, we needed him to return to finish a section over the sink vanity unit which hadn't been fitted at the time. He kindly agreed to come back saying that he lived locally and it would only take him an hour one night. He even said to keep 20 quid back and pay him when he comes back. I don't operate like that and tend to trust people, so I paid him the lot, stupidly, and rounded it up with a small tip too, as you do. Anyway, despite trying to get hold of him for 2 weeks to come back, he's not answering his phone. We've been left with an unfinished project and will need to pay for a trustworthy tiler to come and finish the job! Disgusting and exactly the reason why MyBuilder is a good idea to show others what some tradesmen are really like. No doubt he'll blame me in his reply, like he did with the previous complaint. Beware.
