If you shortlist me I can provide you with an itemised free quote. Expect great communication throughout your project and competitive pricing. My quotes are fixed prices and they are fully itemised so you can see the labour charge alongside all the materials required and their prices. I supply all required fixing materials cheaper than retail prices and help you choose and supply tiles if required. I use mapei ultracolourplus grout with perfect matching colour silicones from mapei. we have found these grouts to be the best, tried and tested with all the other grouts over more than 30 years. For tile adhesive I only use S1 certified adhesive which is much more flexible than a standard flexible adhesive and can actually survive bending of the subtrate of 5mm without failure The electric underfloor heating quotes are exceptional and this is guaranteed by the manufacturer for life.
