I can’t recommend him highly enough, in just three days, he identified and resolved my bathroom leak that could easily have become a much bigger issue. He took the time to thoroughly investigate where the water was coming from, clearly explained his findings and advised on the most sensible next steps before carrying out the work. From start to finish, his work ethic was exceptional. He arrived promptly at 8am every day and worked through until 6:00pm without a single complaint, no matter how demanding or time-consuming the job became. His efficiency was impressive but what stood out even more was the quality of the finish - the bathroom now looks brand new again. Professional, hardworking and meticulous in his standards, he delivered outstanding results in a very short timeframe. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone needing reliable, high-quality building work

Andy was very responsive in communicating with us during quoting and preparation for the works. He understood our briefing requirements and carried out the works efficiently and precisely. Good tiling can be hard to come by in the UK! Andy was polite and friendly to our tenants during the work. DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY HE CAN'T TILE OR GROUT. Very sharp edges left on metal trim, cut thumb badly washing off excess grout left on face of the tiles. Bad grouting, lots of gaps left in corners and all along top edge at length & both ends of bath, big holes left where you can put your fingers down them. 2 cracked tiles left around sink. Sink was moved out due to excessive tile fix and refitted so badly there are holes around tap fittings you can see the floor water drips through. No tile adhesive on wall just around edges of tiles.Tiles protrude 2mm or 3/4inch. Corner tiles butt fitted on top of each other. Cupboard unfinished as Arek unable to fit door HE made to cupboard HE fitted and told me it was because MY wall was not straight? Arek Builders pictures on this site are fakes. Nothing like the job he did at my house. 4 months later I still have no working bathroom. I have to now undertake this re tiling job myself as I cannot afford to lose any more money. I am a 61 year old pensioner and I know I can do a better job of the tiling but wanted to pay someone else to do it quickly especially removing and disposing of the old tiles which Arek Builders left in a very untidy state outside my front window with his own unwanted items. Is this normal? I think not. Everyone who sees my bathroom are disgusted when I say it took 3 days and the workman has 28 years of experience. Only used MyBuilder because they say every workman is thoroughly vetted. Obviously not.

Tiling bathroom wall uneven walls ,removing tiles from bathroom floor ,putting in underfloor heating and retiling. Removing and replacing toilet pan. Installing a new extraction fan in bathroom . Great communicator ,explains what he is doing every step of the way ,extremely polite ,great attention to detail takes great care not to damage existing property ,unlike so many builders . Very skilled and knows what he is doing. More than happy with work done so far ,would highly recommend . I would gladly have him do other jobs needing doing .

From start to finish Tony has been very helpful guiding me through the process with regular updates and photos while I was away during the refurbishment. I’m extremely disappointed with the standard of work carried out. The painting & decorating were completed to a very poor standard, with a careless finish throughout and a need for constant supervision. There were repeated issues with punctuality, as he regularly arrived late. The workmanship was unacceptable. My wallpaper has been damaged, when I raised concerns about scratch marks, I was told they could simply be covered with a pencil, which is not an appropriate solution. In addition, the finish along the skirting boards is uneven and jagged. I am very upset by the quality of the work and do not feel that it meets a professional standard. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services. I have photographs showing the issues and am happy to provide them if required. Not a received a response, with my concerns. With his callousness he broke my beautiful glass vase which he knocked off £20 for he should’ve been more careful but he’s very careless & clumsy. Remain anonymous

I'm not quite sure how my experience was so different to the other reviewers. Richards work was honestly pretty sloppy. When painting the wall next to doors he didn't use tape and has got grey paint all the way down our white doors. He couldn't be bothered to prep the surfaces even to a basic level, he left small holes unfilled and our paint job is covered in lumps and splatters which I've had to paintstakingly go round after to sand back and repaint. Richard is a lovely guy but I honestly think his eyesight must be failing because he couldn't see these issues without me pointing them out. I cancelled the job halfway through and painted the rest of it myself and although I'm not a professional painter decorator did a much better finish myself.

Dinho did a fantastic job on both our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. The quality of his work was excellent and he always took pride in making sure everything was completed to a high standard. He also helped us with additional pipework around the house and various handyman jobs, always happy to help and offering practical solutions along the way. Dinho is one of the nicest and most reliable tradespeople you could hope to meet. There genuinely doesn’t seem to be a task he can’t do! His knowledge, workmanship and positive attitude made the whole experience stress-free. Great value for money and we will definitely be using Dinho again in the future. Highly recommended!
