Jodie was incredible. We are over the moon with our new tiles and Jodie's attention to detail and skill has made out porch look fantastic. Lovely chap who took time to help us choose our tiles and arrived very punctual and left the area very clean and tidy. Over the moon we choose Jodie and will have him back when we need tiling again! 5 star all round.

I’m extremely disappointed with the standard of work carried out. The painting & decorating were completed to a very poor standard, with a careless finish throughout and a need for constant supervision. There were repeated issues with punctuality, as he regularly arrived late. The workmanship was unacceptable. My wallpaper has been damaged, when I raised concerns about scratch marks, I was told they could simply be covered with a pencil, which is not an appropriate solution. In addition, the finish along the skirting boards is uneven and jagged. I am very upset by the quality of the work and do not feel that it meets a professional standard. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services. I have photographs showing the issues and am happy to provide them if required. Not a received a response, with my concerns. With his callousness he broke my beautiful glass vase which he knocked off £20 for he should’ve been more careful but he’s very careless & clumsy. Remain anonymous

Aidan fixed the shower room in the house, which turned out to need an entire refurbishing and changing of leaking pipes. He informed me of the progress regularly including any changes to the original plans and made sure I am happy with the end result. The shower room turned out great. I would definitely recommend the services of Horizon.

We needed a totally new bathroom and Pk did an Absolutely amazing job. From start to finish all in 2 weeks and for a really good price. Great advice on what we thought was good but their advice was better and more practical. Great to have builders with more than experience but an eye for detail aswell. Will definitely recommend them to others and will also use them again. Many thanks guys

I'm not quite sure how my experience was so different to the other reviewers. Richards work was honestly pretty sloppy. When painting the wall next to doors he didn't use tape and has got grey paint all the way down our white doors. He couldn't be bothered to prep the surfaces even to a basic level, he left small holes unfilled and our paint job is covered in lumps and splatters which I've had to paintstakingly go round after to sand back and repaint. Richard is a lovely guy but I honestly think his eyesight must be failing because he couldn't see these issues without me pointing them out. I cancelled the job halfway through and painted the rest of it myself and although I'm not a professional painter decorator did a much better finish myself.

We had our kitchen removed and fitted by Altin and his apprentice in January, and we are so happy with the final outcome. Altin was so reliable and precise on all of his work and was always able to answer any questions we had. Joe agreed to the job on Friday and said he'd come on Tuesday. Confirmed that he was still coming on Tuesday, the day before. Said he couldn't make it 15 minutes before he was due to arrive and said he was coming on Wednesday instead. On Wednesday he ghosts. Please do not use Joe unless you are happy for a job to be done when he wants it done, rather than when you have agreed with him to have it done.
