Andrew did a great job replacing some floor tiles for us. The job turned out to be more complicated due to a small water leak but Andrew was able to locate the problem and advise on next steps. He was friendly and professional and I’d happily recommend him for other work.

Algert arrived on time and straight away advised me what he needed to do and promptly got to work. He changed the leaking towel-rail valves, cleaned up and left. All was good, until I went to close the bathroom door when I realised that the new valves stuck out more than the old ones and stopped the door from closing. I contacted Algert and he returned within 10 minutes. He needed to go to the plumbers suppliers to get some 'not-sticky-outy' valves, which when installed, allowed the door to close. Very efficient, professional, tidy, would thoroughly reccommend.

He worked hard and got the job done but it wasn’t stress free for me. I wouldn’t say don’t hire,but some things to note.1. He will take off doors but will charge to put them back on but he let me know. 2. He isn’t very good with patterned tiles so use AI to decide beforehand. I had to ask him to redo a bit that was just random tile bits and he wasn’t happy about it. He broke the wall to make two tiles fit instead cut correct angle.3. asked me what height I wanted the skirting, asked his advice& agreed to it. Later when he discovered both plug sockets sat at bit under the skirting, he said I should have thought about that when I decided on the height!It’s costing a pretty penny to have the sockets moved. 4. If you ask him to use self levelling compound or black grout he will complain a lot, even when (SLC) it and lots of pictures were in the job description he quoted for. 5. He cannot cut neat circles in tiles.

I hired Vasile and his team to initially refit my bathroom but after meeting him decided to hire him to complete a number of projects including installing a built in bookcase into a wall, decorating 2 bedrooms, hallway and removing built in wardrobes. I can not recommend Vasile and his team enough! Vasile is trustworthy, honest and worked within my budget. He offers incredible design advice and the workmanship is of such a high quality. They were always clean, punchual and completed the jobs on time and under budget! This is the first time I have used Mybuilder and did so because I got tired of getting messed around by contractors. I decided to use Vasile after I read the reviews here and I am really happy with the work. Vasile will be refitting my downstairs WC and kitchen later this year. I would highly recommend his services and professionalism.

I was hesitating about leavening feedback for a long time, but in the end decided to do it. I hired Anton for the job and when he came round I unfortunately was very unwell running high fever, so wasn’t entirely with it. Anton didn’t fix the tap but simply found another way I could run water in the bath (which was already there). He charged me £400 for simply showing me how to open another tap. If I were well, there’s no way I would have paid him so much money. Another plumber came round since and fixed the problem for £180. All I can say I’ve felt de-frauded.

Nicolae and Valentine were very polite, friendly, hard working and professional. They started off with handyperson work around my flat, and I was going to call another company to do my kitchen tiling and to correct my damaged ceiling and walls. I was so impressed with their efficiency and professionalism, and asked them to work on the above. I was very pleased with the work done. They were honest in their pricing - looking for cost effective materials, and recommended the lower priced materials if I wish or to go for the designs I like. Importantly, they kept their words, from the start to when they completed the job. And, they cleaned up the flat when they completed the job and were mindful of where to dispose the rubbish. Thank you ! Super work by super hard working honest people. Thank you Nicolae and Valentine. I would recommend N. Coppola company to all and definitely would ask them to help me again in the nearest future.
