Amazing service, Andre came out within 15 minutes of talking to him on the phone, and had a spare set of lights in his home unused that were prefect replacements, so no need to make larger holes! Reasonable price, friendly and helpful.

Ismet came around the day after our initial contact and gave what I thought was a really good quote. Work began the following week over 2 full days. The guy he sent to do the work, strove for perfection and was very meticulous with every detail. The bathroom walls and floor tiles are cut and fixed with perfection. He suggested doing extra tiles, which involved more cutting and laying around the vent, a little extra in price, but I'm so grateful for the overall results and was happy to pay extra for the better resulting look. Toilet was removed and put back for the tiles to cover the entire floor. Even went tile shopping on the second day, as we needed an extra tile for the floor. Glass shower screen fitted perfectly, shower rail and towel racks in place. The guy worked extremely hard on both full days. Just got on with his work and wouldn't stop until he was completely satisfied with everything. My bathroom looks fantastic and I'm really happy with the outstanding job.

I cannot recommend John from Pacho Create Ltd highly enough. I'm a very particular client with high standards, I was impressed by his care, patience, and professionalism throughout. He clearly takes pride in delivering quality work and paid close attention to every detail. Living in a small flat, I was concerned about dust, but John proactively created a solution to minimise disruption, which I really appreciated. He also gave excellent advice on budget-friendly waterproofing products. We had a challenge with large-format tiles, but John worked closely with me to plan the layout, ensuring a natural, balanced finish. The workmanship is outstanding – minimal wastage, precise alignment, and superb attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to use John again, in fact, I’m already planning to have him back to tile around my bath in the near future. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable professional.

**HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED** I have not seen such an unprofessional service provider in my entire life. His guys lack the basic skills of tiling and created a mess of my new home. Issues: 1. They spill water in my bedroom with carpet and in lobby with wooden flooring which got damage 2. Whole house was filled with tile dust, 3. the tiles were not cleaned 4. tiles waste a separate issue 5. my balcony looked like a garbage room 6. cement marks on walls, ceiling and walls needs a paint work 7. to my utter disgust they left tiles pieces in my toilet. 8. Also the tiles are so poorly installed that I think I was better off without them. I wish there was an option to upload the pictures so people could understand my pain. Upon giving him calls to see the mess created by his guys he was reluctant at 1st to come and said he is tired & cant come. On sharing pics, he decided to show up & promised to clean the mess & complete the task. But after 2 weeks of struggle his guys shows up 3 times for 2-3 hour each. But today he finally decided to quit without doing his job. Now I need to find a new Contractor to complete the work. Also, He promised that he does quality work, to start when he visited and quoted me a price and said that he would send the quotation on mybuilder and thats how it works. He sent quotation 3 days later with 65% increase in price and later negotiated to 30% higher than original

I asked Daniel to check and price some pebble dashing job. Daniel was fair in his pricing. He was on time in commencing the work as we had agreed. He never left the site until the job was completed within a few days, hence causing least interruptions. I do recommend him and I intend to ask him to carry out works in future.
