His approach to his work and the quality of the result were outstanding, He treated our kitchen as if it were his own, so that when there were choices to make about how to do thinks, he picked the best not the quickest. The work could not be completed in the original time slot because our chosen tiles were out of stock and would take two weeks to deliver. Gareth offered to come back and compete the job, despite living some distance away. He was also very flexible, accommodating minor changes to the original scope without any increase in price, and allowing reductions for things which weren't needed.
