On time every day and left the kitchen looking more cheerful after installing new tiles. Passed on some good knowledge on some of my own DIY projects at the house. True professional and will look to use him in future if I need his services again.

He also helped with the various building certification visits (which was very helpful as we had limited knowledge of the requirements). We found Julian's advice on construction materials and practicalities very helpful and were very happy with the clarity and level of costs/timing quoted at every stage. He was also flexible and understanding to changes/additions to the scope of work during the project. Julian seemed to be very happy to work to our timetable in terms of work and budget. After and during all the various stages of work Julian made sure to leave the house in good order, so the work was not too disrupting to our lives. We were very happy and would definitely use Julian again (and recommend others to do so).
