This gentleman arrived on time and was easy to talk to. The job to be done was discussed and a reasonable cost finalized. I changed the size of the tiles, further discussion was done and again a reasonable cost was agreed upon. The tiling was neat and looked good. During the work,Mr Khan showed me a tile that had a mark on it, it could have been left in place but Mr Khan decided to remove and replace same- that was a mark of pride in his work. Summary: timely and courteous Reasonable cost Neat job Pride in doing a good job for me.
Turned up nice and early and got started right away. We wanted an awkward entranceway into an old property that has uneven floor boards, tiling before the stair carpets were fitted. Did a great job, no fuss, no nonsense and cleaned up afterwards. I'm really happy with how it turned out. This is the second time we've used Laurence, he fitted our kitchen tiles at our last house, and so I didn't hesitate to use him again and will no doubt do so again in the future.

The bathroom was old and as it turned out had multiple leaks, which of course Mike hadn't put into the plan but he knew we only had a week to get the room done and he pulled out all the stops to give us a pristine bathroom. Mike is a fantastic designer as well as a brilliant craftsman. We have other work we'd happily book Mike for when we have the funds, can't wait to work with him again.

Tiler in Cleveland After having been provided a quotation from a complete highway robber to fit our new kitchen, we invited Paul to give us a second option. They were affordable and knowledgeable and we felt secure in the services they would provide. A family business with very professional and polite customer service. Kitchen was fitted within timescale. All the tradesman kept us up to date with what was going on and the site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are hoping to have the lads back in the new year to design and fit our bathroom.
Excellent job done by AH Maintenance Services, would thoroughly recommend. All repairs carried out diligently and professionally, with all timings kept to. Would thoroughly recommend.
