Giles and his colleague Dan were an absolute pleasure. Sadly as often happens, the job turned out to be hugely more complex than anticipated due to structural concerns. Despite this Giles was flexible and patient, with the final adjusted invoice remaining very reasonable.

Noel and Dan did a very good job converting our shed into an office. They were always on time, were very good at communicating, and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. There was a problem with an electrician who let them and us down - prolonging the job by a few weeks. However, their own work was excellent and to time, and we are enjoying the fruits of their labour. I would very happily recommend them (although perhaps not the electrician!).

Carlos is very professional and helpful. My bathroom had been leaking, which had damaged the ceiling downstairs. Carlos fixed both issues in one day, with great quality work. The price was also reasonable. He even cleaned up the house a bit afterward, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend Carlos to anyone looking for bathroom grouting work.

I had an old tiled roof replaced with a more modern metal roof and several walls where re pointed. Also a new drain was installed to help with rain water drainage and concreted in. The work was done to a high standard and in good time. Time keeping was good and can not fault them on turning up on time. I was also impressed with how tidy they kept the place after they had finished each day and when the job was done. I would highly recommended Patrick as from start to finish he was polite, very professional and did a very good job.

Luke repointed my bulwell stone wall. He raked out all the old mortar and the correct lime mortar (I think that’s what is called) to repoint it. He did such a good job that the man across the road also had Luke to repoint his wall! He arrived on time and worked really hard for two full days . The wall looks great and I’m sure it will for years to come. I would recommend Luke to anyone else wanting to look after/ renovate their stone Wall. I Have before and after photos but not sure how to attach them

Absolutely outstanding in every regard. The work included relocating a back garden gate, and moving a front boundary wall. Everything blends and looks perfect. All work carried out with a smile and to a very high standard, all fuelled by the odd cup of tea! We will use PSO again and highly recommend them to others.

For many years I have had problems with the grass quality in the back garden with weeds and moss. This year I decided to have a patio and artificial grass laid to overcome my frustrations. Jamie from active groundwork services came to view the task I had initially thought of, with his experience in this type of garden work he suggested I go a little further and designed a plan to rejuvenate the area. What a complete difference and impact his idea had on the project, the end product was totally amazing. Jamie's quality of workmanship and finishing is of a very high standard, he goes out of his way to provide advice and suggestions throughout all stages of the work, and had a very helpful understanding attitude, this coupled with a competitive price, I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone, to a point that I would not consider any other firm before consulting him. There are a few other little issues/jobs I have in the front and side of the house which Jamie is kindly going to address in the near future. Thank you.

Dan has recently completed the brickwork on our new driveway. Absolutely dedicated from the start - the result is better than we imagined. He is a reliable tradesman who put weekend after weekend to get our project done. Everyone who has visited during and since have commented on the quality of the work. Would happily use Dan again and no doubt will do in the future.
