Rob gave a great quote for the job and kept me updated on the start date and when the scaffolding would arrive. Rob starred work when he said and even with terrible weather he kept on track with progress. He was really polite and cleaned up every day before he went home. The quality of his work is amazing and he made sure I was happy with his work at every stage including the colour of the mortar after he had put some in, which I was amazed at. I would certainly recommend Rob, so much so my neighbour is using him to have his house re-pointed, and I am using Rob again to sort out my front steps. Rob went above and beyond even checking my gutters were clear and clean for me. Overall a great tradesperson and would do a great job for you .

Unreliable - avoid. Three appointments in total not kept. Excuses as follows - all direct quotes with my view in brackets: 1. 'Didnt realise how far away you were' (My Postcode is in the Job Description?) 2. 'Been out in the sun all day and dont feel well' (Working outside must be tricky for a builder) 3. 'I've just had a look at the weather for tomorrow and I don't think it will be a good idea as its way too hot. Thursday and Friday looks the best conditions.' (Again, difficult for a builder to work outside I guess? Yellow weather warning for Thunderstorms are the best condtions for repointing apparently??
