Although Kyle was helpful in resolving a plumbing issue we had, we were disappointed with the quality of the tiling work. Several tiles were trimmed unevenly, one tile was accidentally broken and replaced with the wrong colour without consulting us, and a kitchen side panel was cut unnecessarily, again without consultation. Kyle assured us he would return to replace the unsuitable tile, but later cancelled further appointments and stopped responding to further communication.

Paul did a fantastic job of building a Cotswold stone fireplace in my lounge. It was a complicated job and I was quite clear about the design I required, which he got 100% right! He is a reliable, very skilled stone mason who pays attention to detail. His price was good and he worked tirelessly to get the job completed to a high standard. Despite the nature of the job he made the minimum amount of mess and thoroughly cleaned up before finishing the job. I would definitely recommend Paul without any hesitation and I will definitely use him again in the future.
