Luke was reliable from arriving on time to quote for the job through to completing ahead of schedule and under the original quote. The job was repairing a rotten outbuilding roof. Luke was able to save half of the roof and keep the cost down and communicated options throughout. He is very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend him.

Very pleased with the work carried out. Jeffrey liaised with the stonemason directly to arrange delivery. Jeffrey and Andy kept us informed about dates and progress and we discussed various options. Both Jeffrey and Andy and the rest of the team were very personable, cleaned up at the end of each day and generally did a great job.

No hesitation in recommending Mark, he worked on my house for 12 months on a big project. Kitchen extension, two storey extension and all the related groundworks. Mark and his t3am are professional with great skills and good communication. Mark managed all the trades with his contacts and I cannot be more pleased with the finished job.

Ivor turned up when he said he would. Very knowledgeable and knows his trade, but explained the job in laymans terms. Sent the estimate to me along with estimated date for starting the job. Closer to the time he confirmed this and arrived on the day we had agreed. Already an exceptional experience when compared to other tradesmen. I am delighted with his work, as are my neighbours and he will be doing their houses next. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Please avoid, Isaac and his decorator Sam. Told me the job would take 2 weeks to complete, but took them 1 month solely down to the work ethic and productivity. Also demands full payment before the work has been completed. and refuses to complete the work unless he receives full payment for work he has not completed. The agreement was for me to make half the payment after week one (which I did ) and then full payment after all the work has been completed, which Isaac refuses to do and does not answer calls and refuses to return any messages. Also his friend Sam which Isaac took on to do the decoration has done an dreadful job he also demanded full payment before he completed the work. His productivity and standard of work was appalling. I would not recommend these guys to anyone and we'll definitely not use them again. Also be aware these guys trade under different names.

We had two major extensions added to an existing bungalow with a new roof on all of the property including the existing part. the work completed was to a very high standard always a clean and tidy site and peter and his team were very professional. My architect and building inspector made numerous comments on the high standard of quality of work and their knowledge of the work in hand. The work was completed within the timescale even when they had to work in difficult weather conditions but they prioritized their work to allow them complete as much as possible to ensure they did not overrun. The team was fantastic in every way , pleasant to work with and extremely professional. peter strengths was organizing his teams daily tasks ,reliability and conscientiousness to complete work to a high standard . I would not use anyone else but peter for future works and would recommend them 100% to anyone who is considering any building work.
