After having a very bad experience with 2 previous builders - mybuilder.com was recommended for me to find a skilled tradesman to build a 2 storey bay window to mirror the left hand side of our house - i chose George Maniata from E&G Restoration because he understood the brief straightaway- the professionalism and skilled workmanship surpassed my expectations and George listened at every stage of the process - the project is amazing and George puts a smile on my face when I walk through my gate - we have been so impressed we commissioned George to complete the whole renovation of the house. This is a seriously skilled and talented man - he brings the best team with him and treats clients with respect, a builder that is honest trustworthy and will restore your faith back in builders again.

I can't praise his work enough. Extremely detailed and hard working guy. Cuts no corners and takes pride in his work. I would not use anyone else for any stone and tiling jobs. He ended up tiling 4 bathrooms for us as well as the kitchen floor. Price was competitive and worth every penny. i can heartily recommend him. One of the few tradesmen I trusted with a key.

Adrian and his team were reliable, punctual and detailed with their work. Finish was great. Touched up the paint in surrounding walls due to dust and marks from the ceiling. slightly pricier than other quotes we received but we felt at ease with Adrian so went ahead.

Professional, on time, worked very hard through each day he was here and the wall looks great. He was also very transparent with quoting and pricing - things were itemised and receipts shown. The only thing to improve would be to make sure all waste removal is accounted for as some of it was extra. Thanks
