I have been working in historical building conservation for 15 years, working to restore and preserve historic buildings nationwide. I have had the opportunity to work on large projects such as Glastonbury Abbey, Clifton Suspension Bridge, the roman baths in Bath and Wellington Monument (amongst other things), as well as smaller private projects. Skills range from traditional masonry using traditional materials (lime, hot lime, cob etc.) to stonewalling, lime pointing, dressing of stone and more.
