Very professional. Turn up on site and President himself very well and i felt at ease knowing the information given was correct .. Justin wasn't the cheapest quote but i wanted quality and that doesn't come cheap in this trade . The workmanship was 100% spot on and the job completed in the time scale given . We needed to have bi-folding doors fit on a utility cupboard, but the opening was too large. Graham altered the opening and fit the doors. The work was quick and very high quality for a reasonable price. Would definitely hire Graham again!

The job was a full interior strip out across 5 floors of a listed building, as well as the client still occupying the basement and requiring some rooms / server room to remain live through-out the project. The site was in central Edinburgh which meant many constraints on space and no ability to have a skip on site. All waste had to be meticulously placed in certain rooms and then placed in wait and load skips several times a week. John and his men had to ensure some portions of the demolition to be done methodically as lots of areas in the building were listed therefore could not be damaged in any way while we had to bring down internal walls and open up floors and cut/chase into walls to strip out and re-instate services. John was always able to increase labour when requested, he had a supervisor on site to ensure the labourers always knew what had to be taken down or left due to the nature of the job and the demolition having to be done carefully through-out the project.

After the initial contact, Kyle came to our flat quickly and provided a quotation. The price is reasonable so I have agreed for him to carry out the repair. After a long wait, Kyle and his team have replaced the broken windowsill. All works have been done within a half-day and the quality of work is good. Overall, I am happy with his work, but communication is a challenge.
