Jason was very easy to communicate with before the job and turned up exactly when he said he would. The work was completed to a high standard, and on time, which was amazing given it can't be an easy job building a flat roof on the hottest days of the year. There were a couple of problems with the work, but they were resolved quickly and without complaint. I'd recommend Jason to others and would use him again on future projects.

Very clean and tidy worker with an eye for detail. I only like to get things right, not nearly right. I also fit wet rooms for disability and elderly people with altro non slip flooring, all types of showers fitted, plumbing repairs. Any electrics will be carried out by a qualified electrican.

You won’t meet a more conscientious and capable builder than Kevin! He really cares about doing things ‘the right way’ and his craftsmanship shows. I had an office converted to a bathroom and the results are stunning! I’m so happy. I then recommended him to my neighbour and she to her mother and daughter! He’s a gem. 2 days after the bathroom was finished he was back here building a pergola. I couldn’t be happier.

Verdict, unproven as competent roof repair trader, does not demonstrate competences for the task. Work when reportedly 'finished' was not fit for purpose, workmanship evidenced incompetence in carpentry, application of fibreglass and related materials. Roof failed with first rain; cascading water from garage roof and link wall, saturating rafters, garage and covered area bridging between garage and main property. Not evident consideration / compensation was made for having removed a guttering. Additional factors contributing to roof failure; screws through roofing into and through rafters; poor or inadequate sealant of fabrics, rubbers not bonded; failure to create diversion for water flow off the roof other than hole through a brick. Proposed two day job became 7, inconsistent attendance (although only rained off one day); poor time-keeping; poor forward management in acquiring materials for the task, no apparent commitment to or communication with householder. Reportedly has evidence of skills, personal insurance and details of 25 year guarantor backing workmanship but failed to produce these.
