Steve, was amazing. He did a fantastic job of repairing the flat roof above my bay window (upstairs) and fixing one or two other leaks in the roof. He made a point of looking around and doing those touch ups he could see needed doing . Most importantly Steve left me with confidence that my roof had been given a look over by a professional. Since he arrival we have had rain and I have had NO leaks! I have a loft conversion and walking space under all my roof space so I would spot a leak immediately . Happy Customer so far!

Arian accepted the job after enquiring about the details and kept me informed about his schedule. On the day that we agreed to get the Velux blinds fitted he attended on time (even earlier than he had indicated) and effortlessly fitted the blinds. He was competent, courteous and polite, and he cleaned after the job efficiently. I would strongly reckon for any job that he applies for.

OK, OK, yeah, Mark is as wonderful as his feedback states. Cool, calm, collected and personable. The air of a man confident in his skills and in it for the love, not just a quick buck! Issues with our peculiar hot water system, baffling both British Gas and a range of less capable engineers was sorted by Mark - within an hour! Give that man a cigar! Highly recommended, Mark is already airmarked to overhaul and update the entire system in the summer! Am a bit (ok, a lot) OCD but was as if he was never in the house - no sooty marks on my white walls, dirty fingerprints on the glasswork nor the inevitable tool left behind. Thank you sir.

Very happy with the work Gesti did for us. We just brought our first home and the ceiling honestly wasn’t looking the best. Lots of cracks and slightly warping. Gesti was able to come in and secure all the cracks and plaster the entire ceiling for us. He did an amazing job. Will use him again I highly recommend. !!

Extremely Disappinted with Planetium Construction- I hired Planetium for a 59k renovation job. Initially, the workmanship was acceptable only because I supervised closely and had them redo substandard work multiple times. However, before the job has been complete, I discovered already a roof leak in the master bedroom, direcly under the newly renovated bathroom. Despite my repeated requests, Planetium refused to take responsiblity or fix the issue. Just telling me need additional charges for the work. Worst still, Adrian the owner, demanded I pay the final balance of 1840 before they would address the GF heating which stopped working after they installed the new controller. When I reasonably refused to pay before they complete the job , Adrian swore at me over the phone the most offensive language. Furthermore, they promised to replace a new Miele microwave for the one they damaged during installation but now just walked away. Leaving me unresolved issues and additional repair cost!

The Builders arrived on time and finished all the work in two days the work was completed to a perfect standard he even cleaned up some of the mess that previous Builders had left behind, their work. I would never recommend this builder. Jack promised my room would be completed in 3 days, but it took much longer, cost far more than agreed, and is still unfinished. He is super expensive as he hires other people to do the job and he doesn’t take responsibility for the results. The 1st builder was waste of time, leaving a curved wall. A 2nd builder had to fix the mistakes, and I was charged extra for it. I was also overcharged for skirting, despite Jack claiming he made no profit while all payments went to his account. Everything was agreed in writing before the work started, including cables and reinstalling the heater, but I had to hire an electrician and plumber on my own cost. The painter didn't protect my new floor, leaving paint stains everywhere, and didn't even sanded the walls properly (amateur work!). Poor workmanship, broken promises, constant extra charges, and aggressive demands for payment. I paid much more than expected and still don't have a finished room after 3 weeks

Luke and Diti are both amazing guys for this project. Honestly speaking they aren't the cheapest quote, but they are definitely beyond expectations. Luke was the only builder who gave a full transparent quote on each item and what was needed for the conversion. Really quick work and good planning because I have 2 cats and they did everything with enough people onsite to minimise the time. Speaking of work, it is good, we kept in communication and they were always happy to explain and adjust slightly according to my concern/question. Leave this comment after the work has been done for few months and everything is solid.
