Raza did an excellent job fitting my bathroom. His price was extremely competitive, and his knowledge was clear from the start—he explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood how the work would be done. He worked tirelessly all day without taking breaks and showed real attention to detail, always advising on the best approach. No job was too big for him. He handled everything himself, including plumbing, fitting, tiling, plastering, electrics, and even refitting doors and skirting. His experience truly shows in the quality of his work. He doesn’t compromise on standards and ensures everything is finished perfectly. He also kept the workspace clean every day, even sweeping up himself before leaving. I hired Terry to fix the front and rear tiles, he talks a very good talk, and his customer service is good, however I was not happy about the overall result. 1) He did not use scaffolds to do the job Which I thought was very strange, he gave me some story about not being able to get them. 2) He very quickly claimed to have completed the work, at the rear of house the panel came off within a few days, and I had to call him out to reattach. 3) he has claimed to have reset the tiles, however I have had two independent tile fitters that have come out and inspected this work since and they have both said “you have been conned” I paid £1950 for basically a few tiles a new pipe and a panel fitted to the side of the house. He even got my neighbour to have 3 tiles replaced, at a cost of £800 and she was very unhappy and wished she did not use him. I can clearly see cracks from my loft and cracked tiles, and Terry has said there is nothing wrong with it, I have photos! “Do due diligence”

The work completed by was sub standard and is not complete. All but one door was replaced, however hinges and handles were not secured correctly resulting in doors and handles now hanging off. The final door was deemed large so needed to be custom built but the carpenter never returned and is not returning my messages despite taking the majority of the money

I posted the job on behalf of my sister as I use My Builder all the time. She met and gave Steve the job on 5 December, despite our reservations. We were told the job would take two days but it took much longer and not completed until 9 January. This was because Steve did not show up most days and failed to communicate when he would or wouldn't be there. He fitted the wrong colour guttering due to lack of communication. He also added a further £175 onto the bill to remove the rubbish and waste - something which most trades include in their cost. My sister paid the full amount the day the job was finished to 'get rid of him'. Steve made various weak excuses why he couldn't provide a written invoice. This suggests something dodgy to me. Additionally, he has not provided any form of guarantee on work costing over £1700. I do not trust this tradesperson and would not recommend him to anyone. The other jobs 'waiting for feedback' speaks volumes. He does a 'substandard job on the cheap' in my view. I take sole responsibility for this review to protect other innocent and vulnerable people.

Mariusz, was hired to redecorate my spare bedroom 14' x 13', which involved stripping the wallpaper off 4 walls, repairing part of the ceiling which had suffered a leak, preparing the walls for new wall paper, 3 walls with lining paper and one feature wall with patterned wall paper. He prepared the window frame, door frame and skirting board and the ceiling for repainting. His preparation and wall papering was meticulous. His painting of the walls, ceiling and woodwork had an excellent finish. He was very tidy cleaning up after himself as he went. Overall he did an excellent job, so much so, we hired him to decorate our bedroom of a similar size, which he completed to the same high standard. He also repainted the walls and ceiling on our hall two landings and stairs on three levels. My wife and I can highly recommend Mariusz.

Julian quoted me a job for patching walls, emulsion and glossing skirting boards. He was always on time, turned up when he said he was going to, very respectful of the property, polite, did the job efficiently and to a very good standard. I am so happy with the job he did as you never know how these jobs are going to work out. I would definitely hire Julian again and I know the job is going to be done professionally and properly. We hired antmar creations for work on our outbuilding, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Even though our project scope shifted slightly from the original listing, they adapted without any hesitation. They safely dismantled the roof, took down the wall, and made the whole structure secure. Before leaving, they went above and beyond by constructing a sturdy temporary tarp roof to protect our stacked tiles and exposed bricks from the weather.
