Subject to the terms and conditions below, the Company provides a 10-year workmanship guarantee on eligible roofing works carried out by NRCR LIMITED. 1. Guarantee Period The workmanship guarantee is valid for 10 years from the date of practical completion of the relevant roofing works, unless a different period is expressly stated in writing on the quotation or invoice. 2. The customer should not instruct another contractor to carry out remedial work relating to a potential guarantee claim without first notifying NRCR LIMITED and providing the Company with a reasonable opportunity to inspect the issue, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent further damage. 6. Scope of Guarantee This guarantee applies only to the specific works carried out by NRCR LIMITED and identified on the relevant quotation or invoice. It does not constitute a guarantee of the entire roof, building structure or any existing works that were not undertaken by NRCR LIMITED. 7. Transfer Unless otherwise agreed by NRCR LIMITED in writing, this workmanship guarantee applies to the original customer and is not automatically transferable to a subsequent owner or occupier of the property. 8. Statutory Rights Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any statutory rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable UK law. Where applicable law provides the customer with rights or remedies that are additional to, or greater than, those stated in this guarantee, those rights remain unaffected. 9.
