Scope of Guarantee This guarantee applies only to the specific works carried out by NRCR LIMITED and identified on the relevant quotation or invoice. It does not constitute a guarantee of the entire roof, building structure or any existing works that were not undertaken by NRCR LIMITED. 7. Transfer Unless otherwise agreed by NRCR LIMITED in writing, this workmanship guarantee applies to the original customer and is not automatically transferable to a subsequent owner or occupier of the property. 8. Statutory Rights Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any statutory rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable UK law.
