I chose Steve to do the job as he is very pleasant and friendly to talk to. Explained the job I require, pointed where the roof leak is and trusted his “experience” and portfolio to do a good job. He completed as promised despite the delay due to personal circumstances. On the same day he repaired the roof, he gave assurance that it will be fixed and to get back in touch for any problems. On the same day, it rained, and guess what, it is still leaking!!!! I was told to put the tarpaulin back to prevent the leak as he did not find any issues there! Brilliant! Messaged Steve immediately to have a look at it, made a commitment to come back but did not show up! My partner left him a message to call back and fix his mess but no return call. Due to this reason, I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING him to anyone, I am so DISAPPOINTED and felt SCAMMED. My hard earned money has just gone to waste paying someone with POOR WORK ETHIC and no respect to customer rights. Cannot be trusted. Not recommended.
