Plastering- 18 Aug 2019
Total time-waster, hired to plaster our living room, gave us a date which was weeks away then when the date came he said he'd overrun on a previous job so pushed it back by a week. Due to start on Tuesday(20th August) no contact so I contacted him and he told me that he wasn't going to be able to do the job so we should get someone else..wasted months waiting! Wish we'd never given him the job. He never contacted us once, we've had to chase and chase just to be told he now doesn't want to do it!!!

Restoration & Refurbishment- 9 Apr 2020
Avoid this guy at all costs. Claims to have 30yrs experience behind him in the construction industry. This is not the case. He has no experience whatsoever. A DIY handyman would know more. Claims to have a a team of professional tradesmen, this again is untrue. He gets them through Gumtree and Mybuilder when required. Non of the tradesmen who he got for our project had ever worked for him before. They had no loyalties to him or ourselves. He was caught out telling lies to us and the tradesmen he employed. He actually told one of the tradesmen to tell us lies but that particular guy told us the truth and was honest. Unless you want a professional liar stay clear. Choose your tradesmen wisely. We were unfortunate!!

Restoration & Refurbishment- 12 Nov 2023
Big disappointment and poor experience with this company. We were looking to do a complete strip and redesigning of our bathroom. Spent hours designing and on site visits from Sukhi Jaspal. Advance payment sent as asked and signed contract. Cancelled the job at the last minute saying that the bathroom fitter has moved to London. I offered to wait till she finds a new fitter thinking that a lot of effort and time had gone into designing and didn't fancy doing it all over again with a new builder. Also had taken time off work for the days the building work was to be carried out. Lack of communication - Didn't answer calls or messages. Fortunately, was able to get the deposit back.

Restoration & Refurbishment- 10 Dec 2025
Peter came and gave me a reasonable quote to plaster and skim the whole house (4 bed house). He sent two of his employees to start the work, this was the worst decision I could have ever made, everything has been going smoothly with the house renovation apart from the plastering aspect. I regret ever hiring them. They rushed the job, left the place in a mess and I had to clean up after them. Blocked my outside drain and again I had to unblock this myself. Spoke to Peter to let him know we weren't happy with the finishing quality and he sent the same people again to try and rectify the issue. They returned and spent 2 hours and ended getting into a massive argument with my wife who was 33 weeks pregnant at the time. Peter stopped answering my calls, even though he agreed to send another party to come and try rectify the issue. I'll let images do the rest of the talking.

Extensions- 28 Jun 2017
Do not let this man build anything more than a garden wall. He has left my extension in a right mess the porch roof, soffits, guttering, floor and electrics have all been condemned, some as dangerous, as well as some drainage and plumbing works being unfinished. There are sooo many problems the building inspectors are after him also trading standards are now involved.

LJH as they were best price. Initially gave 7 days but the cost was too high and agreed 5 days as decorating the whole house. I had given Lee instruction to sand walls and skirting boards decorate all walls, ceiling, skirting boards, doors and stairs white. Upon near completion, I had inspected the work and mentioned some areas I wasn’t happy with? I mentioned this to Decorator. He then asked how well I wanted it decorated at this point I was confused as I had given instructions. I felt that work had been rushed There was also times when I went to the property and Lee Decorator was not there. I did raise this with Lee the Decorator and he says as long as long as the job was done. After work had been completed I made the mistake of paying before viewing completed work. Decorator had to come back as there were issues I will not be using LJH again.
