Restoration & Refurbishment- 9 Apr 2018
I have yet to complete a full report as I am still waiting for Wayne Poulter - WP ALL TRADES , to remove the previous owners kitchen appliances etc from my garage that I allowed him to use during the refurbishment of my home, which was completed in early JAN 2018. I find it strange that there is a very favourable review from a job he completed in Dec 2017, when he spent 2 months refurbishing my home???? I have offered the keys to the garage, left it open for weeks on end and have recently again offered to leave the keys with the manager of the development, for him to collect at his convenience. No response since a message on the 3rd January from him apologising & admitting he had completely forgotten to remove it and would do it ASAP!! Very disappointing and hope that it will be dealt with ASAP as promised. Mrs Clark.

Paul is an absolute all-round super star! He transformed a completely dilapidated 3 bed house into an amazing home. Project managing the whole thing, liaising with plumbers and electricians and keeping the whole project on track - delivering it on time and on budget. He really takes ownership of the job and does everything to an extremely high standard. His advice is invaluable and he always gives you solutions rather than problems. All this and he doesn't charge the earth either. Paul has also completed a solid wood floor and all the carpentry on a barn conversion for me and once again did a fantastic job. I can't recommend him enough!!

RMD Replaced three bathrooms, cloak, en-suite and family. The work was planned so that disruption was kept to a minimum and we were give practical advice throughout as we made the detailed decisions during fitting. The work, including cabinet making, was excellent and carried out with an eye for detail. Alex has a 'belt and braces' approach so everything was fitted to last even if it required additional work and preparation. It was all done to budget too and the pricing was fair, open and honest. RMD proved to be great quality, trustworthy, a pleasure to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Restoration & Refurbishment- 28 Jan 2023
The guys have been excellent. Not only have they been prompt and arrived on time every day, their attention to detail is superb. They are always conscious of saving cost for me as a customer, and have given me lots of options throughout the project in order to achieve an excellent final result. They turn up when they say they will (trust me, a rarity with some tradesmen) and will stay as late as needed to make sure they’re on track with what needs doing. Once the day is done, they tidy up and clean so that everything is as neat as can be until they start again the following morning. This was a really tricky job, but no issue was left unresolved and they went the extra mile whenever they could. They’ve been so brilliant I’ve asked them to return to do other works on this property and another based on what I’ve seen in skill and effort on this project. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them and I’m thrilled to have found a great team of guys to work with on future endeavours.

Tiling- 21 Oct 2023
Committed to tile kitchen floor and floors in WC, bathroom and en-suite. Upon completion of kitchen floor we have noticed 2 chipped tiles and asked to replace them however on agreed day team did not show up. We have tried to arrange different date but had no response. They didn’t clean the surface before applying white grout which resulted in yellow staining that can’t be removed.

Roofing (Pitched)- 9 Jan 2023
Absolutely avoid that contractor. Hire them for two projects at same time, one to put new pitched roof in place of flat roof including all demolition works etc. They finished half of the job and get paid up front for almost all of it. They ordered materials for roof trusses which can not be used (checked with my building control). They damaged my neighbour shed as well. When I ask them when they gonna finish they ask for some more money because they can't afford to get to Mansfield. During that job I give them another job which was re-roof on terraced house (another of our properties). They left me with unfinished job. They damaged my property during the work (one of the workers put his foot through the ceiling in new decorated bedroom), the roof is badly leaking. Got another company to check what's going on and was told all is done wrong. We need to dismantle half of the roof and put it back again. Lots of damages inside the house because of massive leak. Two bedrooms upstairs, front room and kitchen walls damaged by the water. We need now another renovation which will be cost a lot. All I've heard from them was we will do that tomorrow. Case will end up in the court. We sent a messages, letters but no response. If you want to ruined your property employe them otherwise avoid.

Ashley has been an absolute star, he has done a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the work and the team Ashley has also maintains the same high standard as him. From the start to the end Ashley has been very present and followed up on everything discussed. I have had bad experiences with others in the past, Ashley has definitely restored that faith. I will definitely use his expertise for more works round the house in the future.
