Restoration & Refurbishment- 1 Aug 2020
Grant seemed like a good bloke with a professional outfit so we hired them to refurb the whole house. We've renovated 6 houses now and these guys are the worst we've dealt with. They quoted 6 weeks to finish and 5 weeks in they hadn't even started the bathroom - despite the gear all being delivered and ready. They knew we didn't live near the property and lied about progress. They were given a very clear list of what was to be done in each room and ignored it. 15 weeks later they walked off with our house key and without doing the snag list

Kitchen Fitting- 17 May 2016
Aydin came to give me a quote for my kitchen as another fitter had left without finishing. His team fixed everything and now the kitchen looks great. I also asked Aydin to quote for my bathroom renovation at the same time. Two days into the bathroom renovation I was really glad I had chosen them. They were excellent and completed the work to a high standard. Aydin came up with some great suggestions that were better than my original ideas and saved me money. The team were very helpful and courteous, and left things clean and tidy which reduced the stress for me. I have never recommended a builder before but I would certainly recommend Aydin and his team.

Plastering- 3 Apr 2019
Aaron responded promptly to my job post and arranged to visit. He arrived exactly when he said he would and asked thorough questions about the work, and later emailed an estimate. In conversation, Aaron was clear that, while he was an experienced plasterer, and loved working with lime, he had never actually used the product I was specifying (Adaptavate Breathaplasta). This is a lime-based product using fine particles of bio-aggregate, making the plaster particularly breathable and able to deal with humidity. Aaron calculated that the work would take 6 days. In the event, it turned out he had to deal with a particularly complex aspect in squaring up, damp-proofing and insulating a tricky window wall, along side the actual plastering, and in addition to producing a very accurately-sized aperture for the window reveal, as requested in the brief. This was done with millimetre precision, but meant of course the work took longer (a labour time increase of 50%), but Aaron negotiated this clearly, and his communications were very good throughout. Plastering over different surfaces (hempcrete, cement rendered wall), Aaron produced a superb finish, unifying the appearance of the plastered walls. Overall, an excellent job.

Job not completed Dilroop has gone awol spent £1000s on Materials I was shown dodgy receipts not a screw left behind properly he will use my materials for his next job and charge the customer the same receipts he showed me with the dates and times rubbed of the receipts just showing what he bought and the balance any way I will never recommend Dilroop to anyone to carry out a big job as he takes on the job takes your money and does not complete the job, I called and messaged loads of times and he is not answering his phone, but he is quick enough to phone you asking for money, I have given up on Dilroop and I had to pay another builder to complete the job Dilroop could not do Very unhappy customer, stay away from this 1 man band company and left a load of mess he made his plaster on the floor then left the remaining plaster over the floor boards and my carpet had his boot prints everywhere with his plaster he does not believe in security as he kept on leaving my front door open.

I'm a small company based in Bognor and if I'm honest I haven't used Mybuilder for a long time as I haven't needed too due to lots of work coming from word of mouth. We carry out all areas of renovation but the main enquiries tend to be rendering, plastering and decorating. We also install kitchens including all preparation works i.e plastering/plumbing/electrics if needed. Any questions please don't hesitate to contact me. Many thanks Wayne Robinson WRPS Ltd

P&J Construction recently completed my dormer extension. I had not had any work from the company previously locating them online. Their quote was realistic and value for money. My considerations when using builders are; 1. That they're close to their quote 2. That they're punctual & polite 3. That they clean up 4. That they're security conscious 5. They complete the work to a high standard I can say that P&J completed all of the above. Alex provided me a quote for the work & time of when the work could start. They turned up nice & early throughout the build so we could discuss what work would be carried out that day before i went to work. Due to bad weather they also worked long into the evening, worked weekends or simply got wet. They continued to graft through wintery conditions & surpassed my expectations. They created more floor space than what the architect suggested. When removing the roof they identified poor work left by previous builders and righted all wrongs. They had cleaned up after themselves and on completion of work they cleaned all areas of where they had worked which was highly appreciated. They were very polite to my wife and children and they were professional throughout. They always locked up after themselves and made sure all windows were locked. Best of all, the work came in at exactly what they quoted. Overall I am extremely pleased with the finished product.
