Could not have been more happy with this job. Alan of JAG Properties was professional throughout, giving solid advice before even being taken on and providing an in-depth breakdown of the work on his quotation. JAG Properties did a complete refurb of our property good professional job done from start to finish! I’ve had a full house renovation done by Alan and found him professional, extremely polite, reliable and very approachable excellent service provided by Alan with a detailed schedule as to what would be happening each day. Alan and his team completely refurb the property to a high standard and the jobs were of excellent quality and timescales were adhered to. He is a perfectionist and goes above and beyond whilst doing his job and also recommend different options. Everything was left to a very clean and tidy standard, he even changed the fences in my rear garden at no extra cost! Full schedules and payment details were given via email in plenty of time. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any household job, big or small and I will be using for any future work.

Made contact on My Builder advised I’d get in touch which I did and explained the job in detail,in addition posted pictures on the site to assist him He advised would be able to carry out work on a given day as a job had been cancelled. I tried contacting him again as taken time to clear the room as he requested. That was the last I heard from him disputed leaving txt and two voicemail messages I thought he wanted the job Luckily I found a local tradesman who was happy to carry out the work and I was very pleased with him Not from My Builder

Do not use the services of this man. He is unprofessional and very rude. He ignored all my enquiry phone calls and texts once I managed to get a quote so dealing with him was very difficult. He also ignored my call and text to confirm that he will still be starting the job on the agreed date. He didn't even bother to show up on the agreed date and continues to ignore me. If he is this rude and uncaring towards his clients before he starts a job, there is very little chance that he would do a decent job so you would be using his services at your own risk.

Luke did a major internal lime plastering and tanking job for me about 3 years ago on my stone built farmhouse in east Cumbria that had numerous damp issues. Pleasant to deal with, the quote was clear and the job was very professionally done from day 1; the quality of the final finish was flawless and has both stood the test of time as well as being appropriate for the age of the house. The walls have now dried out and the damp has not returned. Highly recommended.
